I have purchased about 28 of these over the past three years and have used them to cover irrigation lines running on a concrete deck that underlies a community garden on top of a parking garage. They are perfect for this setting allowing us to meet ADA guidelines in this public space.

These cable ramps will work great for what I needed them for. These cable ramps are not compatible with yellow jacket. They are very heavy and very flexible. They are very hard to handle with one person. If you do not have to move them and don't have another brand in inventory I am sure they will be great at the price. If you need a portable ADA ramp that a crew can carry this is not for you.

We recently purchased two of your cable protectors, but they were purchased at different times. They are both exactly the same. The first cable protector arrived looking as though it may have been previously opened or handled. It was somewhat dirty and appeared used. The second cable protector, purchased later, arrived brand new, clean, and in excellent condition. After connecting the two together, we noticed that one of them does not lay completely flat. We are wondering if the condition of the first unit could be contributing to this issue. The cable protectors are being used on a public sidewalk in New York City to safely cover a water hose running from our community garden to a nearby fire hydrant. We have a permit to use the hydrant. The sidewalk is uneven because tree roots have lifted part of the concrete, creating a raised section. While the cable protectors bridge the area well, we'd like to make the installation as secure and stable as possible. Could you please advise us on the best way to secure the cable protectors so they remain flat and do not shift? Specifically, we would appreciate your guidance on the following: Is it possible to anchor the cable protectors to concrete using screws or concrete anchors? Are there recommended adhesives, fasteners, or other methods for securing them to an uneven concrete sidewalk? Could the first unit's condition (arriving dirty and appearing previously used) be the reason it does not lay as flat as the newer unit? Do you have any other recommendations for improving stability in this type of installation? We appreciate any advice your technical team can provide and look forward to your recommendations. These are heavy and seem very durable, however after a few weeks of use, they are already damaged. The channel dividers are disintegrating, and the flaps that go over the cords are tearing at the hinges. When I reached out to Vevor for warranty/support I was told these issues don't affect the usage of the product and they wouldn't honor any warranty or replacement.
