Very inexpensive way of repairing a damaged oem running board, even comes with an extra bracket and has enough hardware to install. Looks great and has foot pads to prevent slipping when wet or full of snow.

Looks like a decent enough set. I have a 2018 ram 1500 express and only the front factory holes are threaded so I had to use the hardware for the non threaded installation. The supplied hardware only finished one side and ran out of hardware. It needs another dozen or so M8 x 30 bolts with washers and lock washers to finish the install.

The boards look good . Due to health reasons have not instal them yet.

Bought these for a 2013 crew cab silverado, ( winter driven in Canada, no steps prior to this purchase) The 2 back mount on both sides are mounted with replacable inserts clip to bolt in, fairly easy to replace clips & put in new bolts that are included in, Beware, The fun part is the front. The factory holes for these are hard mounted into the rocker panel + inner rocker panel, with the accumulation of rust & calcium i snapped a few of the new hardware bolts that came with the steps, i had to drill & retap the holes for the new hardware to fit my situation Rusty installation issue asside, these side steps are very good Quality for the price, do remeber that you are paying 1/4 of the price than that of the GM OEM’S so they might not feel as sturdy as a real pair

The nuts in the running board turned when tightening them and not using alot of force or over tightening

Alight delection when stood on but still decent for the price.

Bottom line: these are good, but you gotta take your time. The directions are not very detailed! Took me a whole day to get the first side on because I had to figure out what I was doing! You can do it by yourself, but you will need a car jack to hold it up while you tighten it in place! get everything set where you want it and then go back and LOCTITE EVERYTHING. If you do it the right way, you'll have a rugged set of running boards that don't wiggle, don't rattle, and don't sag. If you just bolt it up without a care in the world, the running boards will sit VERY low to the ground. The brackets themselves and the running boards are good quality! Idk if it'll hold 500lbs like it says, but I can get in and out, and reach the roof of the truck with any movement. I would post a photo, but the file size is too large.
