The bars work very good. Well worth the money. What i think should be changed are the self tapping bolts for brackets that bolt on the frame. I had to use a tap set to make threads. I did it for one hole. I changed to bolts and nuts for the rest. Alot easier. PS. Sharp drill bits will make the job easier. Depending on the RV you may have to change things up. On the left side rear the sewer pipe was in the way, so I had to attach the other end of the bar to the spare tire rack. Well worth the trouble.

When I revived it I was very happy. I installed it but found the jacks themselves were damaged. So I had to dismantle this part on top of the generator in a tight squeeze just to end up removing the generator to redo the legs. Worked well. Fours stars because I needed to lubricate it as it was very (not lubed)

The product as-shipped does not work for installation on a Travel Trailer. It is supplied with the necessary parts for a 5th-wheel trailer installation, but does not include everything needed to install on a travel trailer per the supplied instructions. Been waiting on a suitable response from customer support for 2 weeks now, still do not have the parts I need to complete the install on my travel trailer. The instruction manual in the box and on the product page indicate there should be a total quantity of 6 of "Part H (Bolt - 3/8 - 16 X 4 Swing Bolt)". The product page photo only shows 4 of these bolts, and the package only includes 4. I need a total of 6 per the installation instructions. 4 are required for the front scissor jacks, and 2 are required for the rear scissor jacks.

This review is not really for this product it is for Vevors horrible customer service and processes. I had another order that Fedex failed to deliver even though they did not. My home cameras prove that no one dropped anything off. Vevors response was to wait another day becuase sometimes the mark it delivered then deliver the next day, then I was to try and contact Fedex to see where it was. Which I did and Fedex replied that they can not find my package and I should have the seller start a claim. So no Vevor says I have to wait 3-6 days while they start the same process that I started 4 days earlier. So if you can find what you need elsewhere I suggest you get it there. Because Vevors choosen tactic is to delay delay delay then maybe we will resend the product or issue an refund. Bad customer service
