Disappointed ☹️ the lateral pipe was broken

Bought this to replace our old one. We've bought a lot of Vevor brand items, and love them all. This however came with a broken o-ring. I communicated with their online bot/person (who knows anymore). After giving the requested info, I was told to look for an email within the next few days. What happened to customer service in this country???? Wait a few days to get an email, just to have a new o-ring sent???? I sent the picture of how it came out of the box. Thankfully my old filter still works enough to keep my pool water circulated. You guys need a phone number and a real live american speaking person

Per adesso il mio giudizio non può che essere negativo ,visto che l'oggetto è stato ordinato, e regolarmente pagato, il 23 giugno,non mi è ancora stato consegnato. Resto in attesa di una vostra giustificazione.

Dont waste your money on this filter! First item came damaged something punctured the box and damaged the base. Even with insurance that I purchased Xcotton they were offering me a coupon for future order... I dis get some money back but I wish I returned it. The seals do not hold well 2nd time now i had to re position the head seal! Keeps leaking from top! Does not matter how tight you make it same thing happens..Buy a brand name that will last and has parts for it!

Seems decent but the orange sticker is already fading to yellow after only one week and it is also peeling off....Seems I will have to eventually operate it without knowing what is what.

One of the bulkhead couplings was molded wrong and will not fit standard PVC. No amount of glue or putty will solve it. Vevor support has taken 2 weeks to contact me about a replacement coupling, unfortunately they will not provide replacement parts for this item nor will they give you the option to BUY replacement or additional parts for this item. Instead they are insisting I empty 350 pounds of fresh sand out of it, disassemble the whole product and return it for a full replacement. Without reimbursement for the sand or plumbing parts that will be damaged during this process. 2 weeks to come up with an idiotic solution, when I specifically asked for a link to parts or replacement part. And I specified to them I did not was to return the whole item, did not want a refund or a full replacement on the filter, I simply need 1 coupling.
