Sableuse reçu en kit prêt à monter. Le tube de pâtes vendu avec est un genre de silicone d'étanchéité. Il faut absolument en enduire toutes les faces d'assemblage des tôles sous peine de se retrouver ensuite avec de la poussière partout lors de l'usage de la sableuse. C'est un détails importants que je tenais à préciser. L'utilisation telle que le produit est fourni est un petit peu laborieuse à cause du manque de visibilité lié à la poussière générée par le sablage à l'intérieur de la machine. Un simple aspirateur connecté sur la prise de l'aérateur extérieur résout ce problème efficacement et alors cette sableuse est absolument formidable. En terme de capacité, j'ai pu sabler des jantes de voiture de 15 pouces.C’est à mon avis un excellent rapport qualité-prix très utile dans un atelier de bricoleur habituel.

I am surprised how well this unit is built. I was not expecting what I got. It came with sealant, extra screws and nuts & bolts, and washers. I used it to sandblast gun parts before painting with Cerakote. It really feels solid and no sand leaks. Only two issues, which can be modified with ease. One, the vacuum is way too strong for the cabinet. It needs an adjustable vent on the opposite side for balancing air flow. Two, the pickup tube for the sand is not ideal. I will modify the bottom with a fine screen and a flow port and tube going to the gun where the plug to empty the unit is located. That will make it a Five star unit. ( one star for me)

A good starting machine. Vaccum sure sucks! And super loud! Would question putting something heavy in it. Definitely a nice box, that will be modified to meet my needs. Note- Hardware is somewhat questionable. Had several pieces of hardware strip, bad threads, or in questionable application. During my build I swapped the grade nothing hardware for a higher grade from my local hardware store. Drilled out and upsides screw and nut replacements for the sheetmetal screws used in the gloveports. And riveted on the hinge and door.

I like the sturdiness of the unit. I did go and make some immediate improvements with a metering valve and an in cabinet blow nozzle but it’s great. I only gave it 4 stars because the gloves seem oddly small for even average sized hands. I’d buy it again though

La cabina está muy bien para conectaren compresor y decapar con chorro de arena. Para mi tiene 2 pegas, la instalación es compleja y el manual, aparte de estar en SOLO en ingles, es bastante deficiente en explicación de montaje. Una vez pedido, la empresa lo envió rápido, pero la empresa de transporte fue muy, muy mala. Tampoco ayudó que VEVOR no indicara a la hora de hacer el pedido que la empresa de transporte puede tardar en enviar el pedido entre 2 y 7 días hábiles después de recibir el paquete.

I would highly recommend checking out a couple youtube videos on modding these Vevor blasting cabinets. A few simple changes and you can add your own air gun inside for cleaning the blasting media off your parts. Another good addition (if you have room underneath) is a media pickup from below that has a valve you can open or close to really vary your media pickup. Apparently the metal pipe that comes with the kit clogs often and doesn't work too great. I never tried it out myself so I cant confirm if that's the case. Lastly would be a vacuum or dust separator. There is a hole at the back of the cabinet for this purpose - you'll just need to drill your own mounting holes. I ended up buying a dedicated small shop vac with HEPA filters to use as my dust collector, but there are much better alternatives out there. As for the product itself straight out of the box, it could have been better. Both side panels simply did not line up properly and required cutting a few ends down so they would fit into place and have the holes line up. This was minor to accomplish but annoying as hell. The manual is straight out of China with very broken English. The pictures are easy enough to figure out and the packages of screws are well marked for each task just remember to put the included gasket sealant between all panel pieces! I realized that mistake half way through assembly. Check your blasting gun over. In the media inlet, the metal casting had actually covered over the hole at the top of the inlet on the gun. Had I not noticed, it would have never picked up anything at all. Fortunately the offending metal was thin enough that a few good screwdriver strikes was able to pierce through. I worked at it long enough to open it up like it was meant to be. Overall, the build of the cabinet is very decent. Once some little tweeks are added, the whole thing fits together nicely and feels very solid. If you're on a budget and willing to put in a bit of extra work, you can get yourself a very capable blasting cabinet with this package. I am very pleased with my 40gal unit and would recommend to others - with the aforementioned mods.

Difficult to assemble as several pieces where not exact size to fit easily together, was able to pound into place with a large mallet. Slope of bottom not steep enough to use walnut and pecan aggregates. Good value.

Price was good, quality was mostly good with the exceptions of some of the equipment. I had to change all the hoses in order to stop leaks to something of a higher quality. Also had to change the size to increase the air pressure/flow. The light supplied could use some improvement, something LED more bright, in which I replaced also. Assembly instructions where very unclear....took some thought before assembly.

J'ai essayé cette microbilleuse avec un compresseur de 100l, et il tourne tout le temps. Il faudra donc avoir un compresseur avec une cuve plus grosse. L'appareil fonctionne bien, mon seul regret pour l'instant et que le manuel de montage n'est pas fourni. C'est plus simple à monter qu'un meuble Ikea, mais des instructions auraient été pratiques.
