Hele fijne saunakachel, snel op temperatuur (9kw). Functioneert goed, 3 fasen, 5 draad aansluiting. Prijs is top, niet duur en je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden wanneer het geleverd wordt. Nu 3 weken in gebruik, functioneert goed. Helemaal tevreden!

Great sauna heater...quick delivery as well as these folks ship stuff out asap... Easy setup and I must say we are already enjoying the new sauna esp on these cold days here in the northeast... Easy to recommend this brand if you're looking and like steam sauna's...

Great price. Easy to install. Accurate thermostat. Created an electrical odor the first two times. Works great and efficient. I use it daily.

For the money, this is a fantastic heater. I paid 10 times more for the fancy Swedish heater I bought 22 years ago. This one does everything it's supposed to for an unbelievable price!!

The heater works well. However, it blows the 30 AMP fuse every time after operation good for about 10 minutes. I have to reset the panel fuse every time. Please advise what could be the problem.

Cheaper than any other brand on the market. I've been using it every night I'm home and I've been very impressed with this stove. My friend knows a guy who has had one for 4 years still running perfectly so I'm confident I made the right choice

the price is the reason for my tryout on this product. an euro brand will cost easily 5 times more. had it set up and run for two months, using it almost everyday. the good: it does the job well, 9kw heats up a 7'x6'8' sauna in no time, very powerful. the control panel works fine. the wiring is pretty straight forward if you have some basic electric knowledge. the tech support is efficient. one of the three heating elements quit working after three weeks. was able to get it resolved pretty quick. the not so good: as i mentioned above, one heating element quit working. while i was waiting for the new part, i opened the bottom of the unit to figure out how to replace a heating element. i discovered that it wasn't the heating element that caused the trouble. it was the connecting points that were melted, due to the heat i guess, and caused connections to fail. there are three pairs of connecting points, only one set comes with heat preventive sleeves. this is very strange, it's either someone forgetting the sleeves or a flawed design. my fix is that i just left the bottom cover open, so the temperature won't get really hot.
