Most work I've ever had to do to do snack sticks

DO NOT BUY. First use the gears anti slip mechanism is failing. I have metal shavings falling out of the gear box. Have been getting one response per day from vevor about trying to get it warrantied or replaced or refunded. They are awful to deal with customer service wise. They want me to take it apart and send pics. Will NOT buy again. Spend your money on something quality.

Buenas tardes! La embutidora manual 15 l que pedí me ha llegado defectuosa.El eje de cremallera está desplazado, al usarla iba muy dura, hasta tal punto de no funcionar. Quisiera saber cómo devolverla o que me la cambien por otra igual que funcione.

Meat passes the cylinder. Figured I'd just order a replacement gasket but no replacements are available. Crazy to sell a product but not parts to maintain it. I guess they expect you to buy a whole new one if anything wears out.

This product is garbage I want a refund! Not sturdy and meat comes out of the top plate. The plate doesn’t seal properly! Garbage I wouldn’t recommend.

I have a question, I ordered a sausage stuffer from you quite a while ago and it hasn't arrived yet, I've been waiting for a while and my patience is running out.

Nunca contestas, no me devolvieron el dinero de la compra que me llego y ya hasta aparece que me llegó pésimo servicio

You get wat you pay for. Poor quality, not very stable. Mine got damaged in transport. Vevor did give me some credit but overall its very poor quality. Bolts are stripped, sides are bent.

Very disappointed with the item. The base is not straight, so the whole thing is moving and wobbling, almost fell down on my feet. I wasn't able to use it, other parts seems to be good, unfortunately very important part is crooked. Now to return, I have to prove, send video. Too much hassle ....

The overall service from vevor wasn’t terrible. They sent new parts promptly. The original plunger disc it came with was raw material. They sent a new one with new seal. But the stuffer it self is garbage. It is impossible to crank. You need to put all your weight into it to try and turn it. Even greasing the seal and canister it doesn’t help. I will be selling this before next season and getting a real stuffer (omcan tre spade). Unless they are willing to let me return it for my money back.
