Nice unit but, I’m worried about this company’s service I ordered a four wheel wheel barrow with a flat tire. I contacted customer service and they promised me my situation qualified receiving a replacement. One month after the promise , tried calling, nothing. I tried emailing, nothing. At this point they lost good customer. Just be careful, they don’t appear to back their products. A real customer experience, Mick

Relativement satisfaisant pouf le prix. Malheureusement, il y a une torsion dans le bas d’un des panneaux et elle courbe vers l’intérieur. Le chat pour tenter le trouver une solution est traduit à partir de l’anglais…j’ai donc dû utiliser l’anglais pour me faire comprendre. Les réponses ne répondent pas à mes questions et le délai entre les questions et les réponses est interminable…je vais tenter de la retourner et d’en acheter une autre en espérant qu’elle soit ok!

Bonjour bonne conception, mais attention ⚠ il faudra pas un pti coup de vent, car les tubes de maintien de la toile son pas costeau, son même très fragile, comme les toile de tente ⛺ de nos jour rien a voir avec les anciens qui étaient trop lourds mais beaucoup plus costeau, sinon voilà c'est jolie mais attention ⚠ très fragile

This is the second room that I have purchased from this company. The first being the 10 x 10 canopy with the walls. That one is a banger and has survived everything. Highly recommend. This one unfortunately was up for two weeks when a 20 something mile per hour breeze somehow pushed the top down and broke one of the three pole in the roof. I did go to customer service on their website and it says tape it together or go find a replacement ant a retailer. That’s pretty lame. Also, the actual awning portion of this screen room is incredibly difficult to secure as the polls Have nothing attaching them to the ground other than ties so essentially it’s a kite. This is the first purchase from Vevor that I actually regret and I’m still trying to figure out how to repair or replace my roof pole.

The box was a disaster, absolutely trashed, to return I'd have to travel a long distance, this was a gift how do you give it with a trashed box not knowing if the item is intact they ifferd 25 .00 back but then you still.have to hope the item is fine. Open the box then any return is impossible.. I won't order here again.. it's not worth the hassle ..oh don't try to call., line is always busy, best you can do is email back and forth, really nice when you have an immediate issue, not all this back and forth online..

Order this screen because of shipping time and supposed to receive it 5 days before i departure for US camping. It came 3 days after we left canada. I did contact vevor to find out or do something. They absolutely did nothing and kept saying wait and wait. Not even try to follow up with theirs carrier or issuing any credit because of their fault. Asked for supervisor and the person on the chat said no supervisor and then asked what is you guys phone number and he said we don not have phone number. Completely scamm company of cheap Chinese operating in canada . Never had this kind of bad experience with any online or store in canada. Not gonna buy again. Be careful

why write a review when all you need to see below in there own words how they will handle your concerns. New product tore on set up.First ask if there was a simple fix. Customer service would not provide . In stead there was additional request from customer service. After I fulfilled there request still no answer till I ask to return for refund. I received the tent and while I was setting it up, I notice that I only had one extender. I was on a camping trip and was looking forward to using the tent.
