The camera worked the first two times I used it, but on the third, I was met with a very grainy picture, then some lines, then just the blue screen. I had purchased the product protection plan along with the camera, so I submitted a claim. Not only did Vevor not stand behind the product or the additional protection plan I purchased, but I was given troubleshooting videos to watch so I could do my own troubleshooting. After doing their work for them, I narrowed the issue down to a connector, which Vevor then expected me to repair myself! Complete waste of time and money. The camera wasn't expensive, but I expected better quality and definitely better service than what I experienced during this process. Don't waste your money.

Reçu rapidement et mis en route aussi tôt , mais problème , l'appareil ne prend pas la charge ! Il est donc inutilisable . J'ai contacté le SAV et j'attends leur retour .

Bought it and it wasn’t working out of the box. Vevor will not replace or correct. Please don’t use this company, all it is harbor freight but worse. Literally took it out of the box and it wasn’t working. Then they tell me to fix it myself with a multi meter and any time I try to communicate I get AI and the same message over and over. WOULDNT BUY ANY TOOLS FOR A COMPANY WHO MAKES BUTT LIFT SUIT FOR CROSS DRESSERS….JUST SAYING

It’s a camera. It’s cheap. It’s good. And it’s small. I envisioned a good size real and unit. This will work, but it’s small. If you are going to be scoping 2-3-4 or larger pipe. Get the bigger one. For 1-2-3 inch pipe this will do fine. 4 or larger and you’ll probable sit low in the pipe and in the water level of any standing water in the pipe. Not upset. It did the job. But definitely missed my expectations and hope.

Même avec le niveau maximum d'éclairage, la vision renvoyée par la caméra est sombre et les détails de la canalisation ne sont pas bien visibles. C'est vraiment regrettable car l'appareil est plutôt simple d'utilisation.

Pictures looked and made it look larger than it was ,also picture was not fermented great when in pipe. Out of box it worked good ,but to use as it was directed not that great in my opinion. Maybe I was expecting to much ,but quality was great.
