Decent camera for homeowner use. They do not hold up on regular use. Warranty is a whole other story. You ask a question and they take 48 hours to respond. So just figuring out what is wrong could take a week. Then parts are 10-15 days before they ship. One breakdown and you are a month down with this camera. I have been sent parts that require me to solder tiny wires on and off an electric board in order for the camera to work. Vevor sees no problem with this. Warranty is horrifyingly bad but the camera is ok for occasional use. Price matches what you get, reel counters seem to be the weakest part.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased sewer camera in February, it was broken by September. (Still under warranty)….they had me send a video to diagnose the issue. Customer service sent me a new screen which wasn’t compatible with system and arrived broken. . I went out and purchased a monitor, still having the same problem. Contacted customer service Let them know what’s going on. Instead of sending me a new system they’ve now offered me 62$. I refused.. they came back and offered me 183$. Customer service can only be reached through chat box on their website, it’s now been a month and no solution…

Don't waste your money on it. Was broken right out of the box. Never worked right from the day I got. Did all the troubleshooting and more and nothing would fix it. Contract Vevor about 200 emails and 3 weeks of fighting with them they finally decide to first offer me a new cable that was going to take 2 weeks to get. I said no then they offer me $212 back and to keep the broken camera. Then they finally offer me a full refund of my money and to send the camera back. Sent it back and still a week after they told me they issued the credit I have not gotten it on my credit card. SO don't waste you time with this product or the company.

Had high hopes. But on first use camera quit working not able to find an easy link on the website to return or get fixed. Very disappointed.

Bought the 328’ sewer camera and took it to the first job. Started scoping a schedule 40 4” line the light and camera started shorting out leaving me stranded with 3 inspections to complete.This camera seems like it could be great however the one I received is worthless. Customer service has been no help as of now. I lost 900 dollars plus a camera yesterday, and am losing 900 more everyday I don’t have a working camera. There is no phone number to call and talk to someone to resolve this issue. It’s been 18 hours and still crickets from the customer service request I entered other than an automated message from a computer. If this is vevors quality of product and customer service this will probably be my last purchase. Which sucks because I was planning on purchasing a few other interesting items but have lost all faith as of now.

First job I took it to the camera didn’t work. Can’t get ahold of customer service. When I call a machine says they are busy to call back later and hangs up on me. I have to now continue to pay on a machine that doesn’t even work and caused embarrassment in front of my customer.
