Camera worked for all of ten minutes. Customer support is horrible. 2 days to get a response. Not recommended at all to deal with Vevor.

The camera head light broke after 2 uses. I purchased the camaera 3 months ago. The last 3 months I have been emailling to get a replacement part. Vevor does not have any way to discuss warranty with an actual person. So if something goes wrong you are wasting your time. Do not buy this product. Very bad customer service.

Excellent camera till the battery dies and you need to replace it. Customer service sends you round and round and requires a video and pictures showing the battery is dead before they can tell you whether if you can get a replacement battery. I sent the video and they said they forwarded my question to a special team and should hear back within 48 hours. It has been several days and still no response. In the meantime, I have to keep replying to system generated emails otherwise the system will mark the issue as resolved. This is terrible customer service. I had a good run with Vevor tools and that's because I never had to deal with their customer service.

Your tech support told me that they were sending me a replacement camera I'm sitting here with $1,000 sewer camera that has a camera that won't work. I can't use this.I need a replacement camera ASAP. I also purchased your 3-year warranty.

Very poor service and quality

I bought the sewer scope as an upgrade and unfortunately the light never worked. It's been a month without a solution from vevor. I bought a insurance with it. Very frustrating experience I wouldn't recommend Vevor or the sewer scope.
