Installed, passed a leak tested, overall seems to work but the product is slightly different than the pictures, thinner than other competitors like Schluter which leads to some stretching issues while installing. Cant buy extra parts like corner peices if you need more. If you have the money I would recommend other products but if your budget is on the smaller side like mine, it works.

The system is good, priced well and I have bought many of these. My problem with this is the waterproof cloth was not glued down properly and it had waves of unglued lines through the the whole floor base system. The other thing is the ledge or sill is to high and wide. They shoukd offer a 3x4 size, it would fit better with tile and marble threshold.

I bought the 38x60 shower kit, but there is not enough curbs to even make a 36x48 shower. Now I have to buy more or make my own curb, what a hassle. There should be enough for the size the kit is for...someone didn't think this through!

I've installed half the kit. There is barely enough fleece fibers on the membrane. I hope it holds to the thinset enough on both sides. The real issue is with the flange assembly. The membrane that is attached to the flange was only half adhered and peels with slight pressure. This is a catastrophic issue. The other issue is with the flange gasket membrane. The inside edge - the inside hole - is cut too large and doesn't allow for 2" overlap with the membrane that is factory glued to the abs flange. I will have to buy and use the orange name brand flange kit. Dissapointed.

Product, in this case a shower kit, is not bad. My review is towards their return policy and my experience trying to return one f these. So you can get a better picture, I have bought three of these when I tried to return one of them. The reason for returning was that it didn't come when initially promised and when it did the box was damaged and my replacement order had already come in. I can give you all the details and facts but it will probaby be denied or manipulated by Vevor. So, to summarize, returning one item, when I had already been established as a reliable customer ( or so I thought), is the worst experience I've ever have with any online business in my life. So my advise, buy here only if you don't care about their return policy. And even if you think that you are within your rights to returnan item, it's going to be a very discouraging moment. 😞

Not fit and not able to return even before 30 days, be awared

tried to return never got a response from VEVOR Made multiple attempts to try to return shower base my customer was not happy with product wanted a more stable and secure product , decided to go with much more expensive shower base made by KBRS company, who stand behind there products and are easy to deal with on returns and product info your customer service is terrible

I lost a job because there delivery was late by 2 weeks not sure what happened but I order before never had issues they need to change the delivery company Purolator sucks

Said it shipped over a month ago. Tracking said it never did. Only label printed. Then a month later said the shipper must have lost it and that’s it. No offer to send another one out
