Sorry to report this product is substandard in several areas. The LED light is very dim and non-adjustable so compared to other panels, it's not nearly as good. The ON-OFF/TEMPERATURE knob is stiff and very difficult to use for something so critical. It controls the pressure and the temperature, and both functions take more time than I want to spend to when I shower. The LED is not in Fahrenheit so for me, 43 is the desired temperature and it usually takes more than 30 seconds to adjust to my desire. I also don't want to have the pressure on all the way. It seems like FULL ON or FULL OFF are the only easy adjustments. Anything in between takes time. Since I only used the flexible hose, and not the overhead rainfall, it's a matter of frustration more than anything. Now for the worst part. I've had the product for about 4-6 weeks and the flexible hose fell apart. Where the steel attaches to the hand unit completely fell off revealing a soft, plastic hose inside of the steel hose. I attempted to fix it this a.m. with some Gorilla Glue Gel and I'm hoping that will do the trick. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless they are patient and simply want the overhead rainfall as their primary function. Also, if it turns out I am unable to fix the broken hand piece/flex hose, I will dump this product and buy something from a different manufacturer.

Good appearance but few flaws. 1) Hot/cold mixing is extremely poor, that make nearly impossible to set the water at desirable temperature. 2) Handheld shower: used poor quality plastic which compromise the durability. 3) Battery case should be outside in a waterproof casing to avoid removing full panel just to change batteries.
