I got my pallet and forks but did not receive the 16 bolts,nuts, and washers to bolt the rack on?

I was surprised they were able to ship this residential ground instead of freight. It came in 3 boxes. Setup was easy and it was of good quality. The forks are solid and of good quality. The price was hundreds of dollars less than others. The forks arrived in 3 days. Great delivery time.

High quality, easy to put together. Heavy duty enough for what I need them for. Fit Mahindra quick connect system perfectly.

I never lifter more than 4000lbs (but pretty close often), and the rack bent a lot. The bottom also bend from accidently putting down pressure. Clearly mild steel on the slides where 400 or stronger plate should have been used. The forks themselves are great, and honestly, the rack and forks are cheaper than a pair of forks everywhere else, so I'll fix the rack and still save.

I can't rate the forks because I never got to use them. I purchased the forks along with the purchase protection plan. I was very glad that I paid for the protection. (FedEx strikes again) FedEx really screwed the whole experience up. Somehow the item was listed as damaged and showed for a week as sitting at my local FE warehouse and no delivery update. This met the requirements for a refund per the protection plan. Vevor refunded the purchase. Some days later FedEx delivered a badly damaged box to the house. It contained a pallet fork frame, one pallet fork, and no hardware. The pallet forks are useless if not complete. I would like to say thank you to Vevor for refunding the purchase. If there were other delivery options than FedEx I would order a large item again but likely not until then.

First purchase from Vevor. I purchased the set up because of the free delivery and that it had the trailer hitch receiver. Received base plate and 1 fork very quickly. Took a couple weeks to the 2nd fork thru customer service. Hitch receiver failed in its first use on a relatively light aluminum enclosed trailer. Forks still functional but I’ll probably have to do som welding to strengthen the assembly. Won’t let me upload pics????

Box delivered ripped open and all hardware missing. One pin for fork was laying in the driveway before the box. Ring video showed fedex driver struggling with box and you can clearly see box was damaged before leaving the truck.

First, the good: these pallet forks are way more robust than I was expecting. Having the 2" receiver welded on as well as the hay bale spike are some nice add on features. And the shipping was super fast as things generally are from Vevor in my experience. The not great part is the fitment to my Massey Ferguson tractor. The spacing of the SSQA hook up points could be a little bit bigger (wider) so hooking up would be easier if there were a larger margin for error. The angle of that hook up point is too steep to really connect properly to the universal SSQA plate on the tractor. So now the pallet forks aren't really seated as well as they should be for safety, and the bottom pin bore is also too small. This will require some modification with a grinder and a hammer. Lastly the fit and finish of these fork definitely could be better, with slag all over the top and the powder coat/paint chipped off before I even use the things. For all of this, I should have just paid the extra $200 for the factory pallet forks from my dealer. Now I need to try and return these big things

The packages were sent in two stages and I didn't received all the parts from either one. The first package didn't include the bolts and nuts to put it together. The second package didn't include one of the steer forks. I contacted vevor and they claimed they sent new parts out and I never received them. That process took about 3 months before they issued me a refund.
