Kundeanmeldelser for VEVOR Lamellpaneler, 1,2 m x 0,6 m svarte garasjeveggpaneler 61 cm H x 122 cm L (sett med 2 paneler), kraftige garasjeveggorganiseringspaneler for butikk, garasjevegg og hobbyoppbevaring

Not as described. Described as 4x8 but came in small 2x4 pieces. Then tried to return but 0 response after 3 failed attempts we moved and I gave up.

Do not buy!! I would not recommend buying VEVOR Slat Wall Paneling. It arrived damage because they do not use adequate shipping materials which is a design flaw on VEVOR's part. All 8 panels arrived damaged with large cracks on every panel making this useless. When I reached out for a refund or to ship it back for a refund they offered me $25 usd. I rejected their offer so they offered me a $50 refund. I rejected that offer then they offered me an $80 refund, each compensation offer takes a day so it's been a week so far. Very sketchy business. I wouldn't waste your time buying anything from VEVOR as they are terrible to work with and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. This website is a total scam and they shouldn't legally be able to sell in the US. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I will be forced to escalate this as a dispute with my credit card company for 'Goods Received Damaged/Not as Described'. They could do the right thing and give a refund but instead you'll be spending way too much time dealing with this terrible company.

I reordered $599 of same product. Came different color i couldn’t use. No help returning the product that i cant use.

I like your product, but the reason I give a one star review is because if you have any issues, the service is terrible. I had two boxes of panels show up broken worth $260 and instead of shipping me new ones they offered me $80 and told me to source it locally which no place around has the panels I was looking for. You never get to talk to a person because everything is automated or AI generated. They are still selling the same product on the website with delivery times in six days, but cannot find a way to resolve my issue.

I purchased this product several months ago. Installing was simple, so I ordered another box. I have now received 4 boxes and need to return 3 of them. What I have been ordering is the 8’ pack. What I have received is four packs of the 4’ packs. I would like to return 3 boxes and get one box of the 8’ packs. I have emailed you several times to try to get this resolved. Each time you send me another pack of the 4’ packs. Please csll. 859-221-4874.

This product was a nightmare to install. I would never order this product again. I think it is crap. I hope it works a lot better than it seems it will installed, but I doubt if it will. it encourage groups to attach it to the wall, but only half as many as needed. I would never order this product again.
