Bad parts and no customer service once sticker was entered

The hot cold mixer leaks out from handle so you have to keep the water main shut off or it runs continuously out from under handle. Put a ticket in with customer service a week ago and all I get is this will be reviewed in the next 1-2 business days. I think it’ll be a great item if I can ever get customer service to help me replace these parts.

Lets start out by the rude delivery personal and the I have to take a half day off work in order to sign for this thing. That cost me around 400 dollars. Then the condition of it the stainless was marred and they tried to paint over it so it wasn't during shipping. My next order the delivery driver wanted me to take another half day off so I said to send it back
