Bought to carry water while camping. The inner container is stainless steel while the other wheel is plastic. Kept the water nice and cool. My only dislike is that the spigot tap is plastic, but other than that, I would recommend it highly

We bought this product to take to church outings for tea and coffee. It is sturdy and functional design and looks good. it's big enough to serve a good sized crowd and kept the water hot for the times claimed. Good product

Used them at festivals and farmers markets. During transfer they do leak out. Overall, very satisfied.

Cooler is as described and works well. Used for a hot beverage and it kept hot for a long time. My only negative comment is about the placement of the drain. It is so high on the container, it leaves a lot of product unable to be served. Also, the molded bottom of the container is uneven so leaves the urn unstable.

Works great at the camp for cold drinking water or filling pots etc, sealed well and stainless is great for cleaning and sanitizing

Works well, keeps soup hot for hours. Top leaks when sloshing around. We provide soup and meals to the unhoused street friends from the back of a van. Considering another one very soon. Stephen

Excellent product keeps hot products hot for hours. I have used outdoor for coffee with outdoor temperature of 30 degrees Fahrenheit, great product at excellent price.

Lid seal could be much better. Not a tight seal, spills over during carrying. Not ideal to conserve liquids for more than a day due to the lack of sealing. Will keep liquids cool for a day or two with ice.

I purchased it for a bus trip, I was adding hot water to it 12 hours before going I was maintaining temperatures of around 85 deg C and after and hour or two the temperature was in the low 70's, ..I purchase the unit as it said it kept water hot for 24 hours I kept the water hot in the unit for 12 hours, eveyrtime I boild the jug for a cup of coffee I was adding the remaining water into the unit so the unit should have been conditioned up to temperature by the time we went on the bus trip but it was a fail, ...but I believe it might make an acceptable cooler for in the yard on hot days

Very disappointed: Received this dispenser just before our camping trip. Washed it and the spigot, as per instructions. Replaced the spigot with washers and tightened. It drips one drop/5 seconds despite tightening to the maximum. This has become, therefore, a useless product with expensive postage to return. Other reviews confirm that the company is unreliable with returns. How unfortunate for all.
