I will not buy anything form this company ever, the work table i ordered came damaged I informed this company along with the picture of damage that wasn’t enough for them , they wanted pictures of packing as well which by the way was intact and that tells me whoever was packing it for shipping send me Damaged item . They want me to take the table to fedex facility to return whereas they should have arrange for the pickup from my address , my situation doesn’t allow me to leave my home since I take care of my sick mother who needs attention round the clock . This company has done the same to me previously as well I have come to conclusion that ordering it for them is nothing but a hassle, I will not buy anything from this company anymore. BAD experience twice.

Arrived damaged

Receive the item damaged, reported it to Vevor and they did nothing about ut even when I bougth the shipping protection. I shared pictured of the issue and tgey continued to ask me for pictures via email which I sent over and over, customer service is terrible.

The table arrived damaged; I need to return it.

The table legs shipped in my order were for the wrong table and can’t attach the upper shelf. I contacted Vevor, but all I’ve gotten back are emails over a week updating me that they are continuing to look into it.

I have to say this is likely the most disappointing item I have purchased from Vevor as all of my previous purchases have been more than satisfactory. This table is NOT heavy duty. It is wobbly and flimsy. The table top itself is the weak point when it should actually be the strongest. I placed a Blackstone portable grill on the table (about 30 lbs). Within 3 weeks the table surface had sagged nearly an inch in the middle, creating a nice concave table surface. And the grill wasn't even placed near the middle, it was near a corner. Checking underneath I realized there is absolutely no bracing under the surface either lengthwise or crosswise, just the thin stainless surface over the 30 inch width and 60 inch length. Oddly the lower shelf is much stronger and has a sturdy lengthwise brace. It does not bend with weight. The table is useless for what I bought it for and can only be used as a prep table. But even that's annoying as everything rolls to the middle. I've tried to get the bend out of it but will only stay where it is supposed to if I can get proper bracing underneath it, properly secured, a task I should not be required to do. Perhaps the bracing was supposed to be there but was missed during manufacturing.?? Otherwise I can't understand why such a large surface is not properly braced. Too much hassle to send back and doubtful a refund would be even be considered after having used it for a month or so. Perhaps there is a remedy Vevor can offer to fix the problem, otherwise it will have limited use.

Very weak table thing gauge steel it’s all dented already not made for commercial kitchen

Absolutely worthless purchase. The table arrived with many missing parts, including two missing shelves and hardware, and two drawers dented. I asked to simply have the missing parts shipped, or even replace the entire shipment. They declined and have asked me to ship the entire purchase back, a 6 foot table I need to repackage and transport to a shipping service. I'll never do business with Vevor again. Poor customer service, poor product quality, poor quality control.
