Cheaply manufactured, doesn't work well, wheels not strong enough to hold and climb stairs especially not the quoted weight load of 330lbs, awkward to grab a hold of of a stove/oven of about 235lbs. Lost control of the load, I ended up damaging the side of the oven side cover. Then I decided not to use it anymore. Shameful to be selling inferior made products and quote that the maximum load it could handle is 650lbs, that's crazy talk

I bought this cart expecting it to make carrying heavy loads up and down stairs much easier, but unfortunately, it does the opposite. The three-wheel climbing system looks like a good idea, but in practice the wheels tend to slip and rotate instead of providing a smooth climb. I actually found it easier to use a standard hand truck with two wheels, lifting it one step at a time. With this design, the rotating wheels often make the cart harder to control and require more effort than expected. The frame itself is solid, but the stair-climbing feature simply does not perform as advertised. In my experience, it is more frustrating than helpful, and I cannot recommend it for anyone who regularly transports heavy loads on stairs.

This is way too heavy without anything on it. Pulling it up stairs is very difficult. The metal curved wheel mounts strike the nose tread and scratch and dent the wooden varnished stairs. The metal really shouldn't touch the nose tread but since it does, there should be a rubber covering over the metal. I would NOT recommend this item. Spend the money on a better aluminum well designed brand.

Constantly comes apart. It’s only held together by a slip joint, and that slip joint is very crude. This thing will get you hurt.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça me demande de mettre sur un Article non livré, non reçu...et heureusement que ça m'a été remboursé Le début de l'histoire : Je passe commande, tout va bien, ça m'indique une estimation de livraison (je fais en sorte de le faire livrer chez mes parents, pour plus de sécurité de réception). Le jour arrive, pas de Colis, j'attends un tout petit peu, toujours rien. Je contacte le SAV, très gentil et compréhensif (échange très courtois), il surveille mon colis en suivi (et le SAV me propose déjà un remboursement...) et puis mon colis est retourné chez son destinataire...sans raison valable (merci les Transports). Je demande alors qu'il me soit réenvoyer Chose "faite" mais quelques jours après, le SAV m'annonce que le Colis est en rupture de stock... étrange... Donc après presque 1 mois d'attente, je demande un remboursement total de mon colis Une histoire trop étrange pour mettre une bonne note à Vevor, donc je ne le recommande pas, à fuir
