Kundeanmeldelser for VEVOR oppbevaringshylle, justerbar med 5 nivåer, kapasitet 900 kg, kraftige garasjehyller i metall, trådstativ, svart, 152 cm L x 61 cm B x 213 cm H for kjøkken, spiskammers, kjeller, bad, vaskerom

This is the third shelf in arrow that has arrived damaged. I was majorly damaged and still shipped out with old tape and a patch on the box.

I purchased this shelving unit and after waiting a couple weeks to arrive I discovered it was missing a vertical support piece. I reached out to Vevor and was informed they had to do an internal investigation which could take several days. After a few days they said they would finally ship a replacement piece and after fighting they offered a $20 discount for the delay. After a few days I was finally informed that they could not provide me with the piece required and offered me a few more dollars as compensation and I was told to source the part myself. After fighting with them for the next two weeks I was finally able to receive a full refund on the item. Most times I would receive only one message a day and when I asked to be able to speak with someone my request was ignored. I now have half the size of shelf I required for my garage as I have yet to be able to find a piece suitable to complete the unit. Do better Vevor!!

Can’t use they didn’t send a part to build top shelf 😡
