I bought this tent in spring and have used it through summer, autumn, and now winter — and it has impressed me in every single season. It’s genuinely 100% windproof and rainproof, even during heavy storms and strong winds. The structure stays solid, the fabric seals perfectly, and the inside stays warm (with heater in winter) and dry no matter the weather. One of my favourite features is that it attaches directly to an SUV, which makes it incredibly practical for camping, extra space, and quick setup during road trips. It turns the whole car-and-tent setup into a comfortable little basecamp. After months of use, I can say it’s one of the most reliable and versatile tents I’ve ever owned. If you need something truly all-season and dependable, I highly recommend this one.

The instructions are rubbish and you can hardly see the print anyway but other than that it is very good. I put it up to test and ended up leaving it up for a week or so as the daughter wanted to play in it. It survived lots of rain with no issues. I have yet to use it with my SUV but I cannot see a problem. The only thing I would recommend is getting heavy duty pegs to keep this down as I would imagine it maybe difficult to put this up in the wind and you are asking a lot from those little pegs. The proper way to use that smaller carbon rod over the door in the top cover which is the hard part due to the instructions. You can actually put than in last. This is on the top cover and you put that on last. So if you have the SUV at north then the carbon rods end go west and east with no rods over the suv or south.

Picked up this tent to see if it would work with my truck camping setup. I have a 2010 Colorado with a Leer topper and figured it was close enough to an SUV to give this a try! Seems I was right! It's pretty much a perfect fit with my setup and I can even leave the tailgate of the truck down. I wanted something that would allow for more room and let me actually stand up to get dressed and have a place to hang out if the weather turned bad when camping. There are only a couple areas where the price really shows the quality of the tent. The zippers get stuck, mainly on the door zipper at the bottom as there are a couple of sewn on velcro strips at the bottom of the door. I understand WHY they're there, but they DO get stuck. I think I can carefully trim the strips and it will solve that issue though. It would have been nice if there was a built in rainfly system, but the included fly attaches pretty easily with just some bungee cords and hooks. I haven't taken it out into the field yet, but did a quick setup at the house and it DID start raining. I'm happy to report that everything stayed dry, and there were no leaks where it connects to the vehicle. Overall, I think this will be a great addition to my truck camping setup. Plenty of room to fully stand up as the tent is over 7 feet tall in the center. Lots of floorspace for cooking, hanging out, whatever. Three windows, plus the door has a screen as well so TONS of airflow through the tent should help with those warm weather nights / days.

Also allein aufbauen ohne deutsche Beschreibung schwierig. Die tür müsste ein komplettes fliegennetz haben. Ansonsten bei Regen noch nicht einschätzbar

This is a great Ute tent BUT you need a strong tarp as a fly for rain protection. Also not entirely mozzie proof, they get in around bottom connection with vehicle, it needs a better seal

No idea as have not tried or used it yet. Delivery was prompt and well packaged.

The front and back supporting frames are inflexible metal and one corner bent (without effort), on first use. I've bent it back to roughly the right shape but structural integrity is questionable. The canopy also leaks, around where the internal pockets are stitched in. I've had to solve this issue by using a tarp whenever rain is anticipated. This also helps where the vehicle connection sleeve does not extend far enough along the vehicle roof for rain to flow away... and accumulates in the sleeve. Nice colours. An easy setup. Good size. But... disfunctional for standalone security in all weather. Disappointed.

I wouldn't dare use it in the wind, the most important strings are only attached to the waterproof cover and not to the frame at all, the waterproof cover is only attached with 4 small stickers. The vestibule fabric is also too small, the hooks cannot be attached to the poles. The tent is impossible to set up alone. However, it works and is really spacious.
