Never got the unit to work. It just shows different colored lines. I’d love to have a working version so I can leave a real review

The camera works but all the on screen info is in Chinese, it would be more functional if I knew what the on screen info means!

Waiting for the other thermal camera to go on sale. I will buy it.

Maybe it's just me, but from the promised 550⁰C the camera only measures up to 120⁰C and then displays "over". apart from that it works properly

The deivce itself looks sturdy but that is about it. The connection to the mobile device is a very unstable wifi connection that drops quite frequently. When finally connected, the image is very laggy and choppy. Refresh rate is horrible and almost unusable. I'm very dissapointed.

While the camera itself works fine, the description is an outright lie. They advertise this "Innovative WiFi Feature for Remote Viewing and Enhanced Safety", but there is no such feature at all. When I contacted Vevor to complain they basically tried everything under the sun not to return it, and at the end offered me a $75 refund to my original payment card, saying that it would be too expensive to ship back...it might get lost, I might never get a refund...not what I was expecting out of Vevor. They basically lied about the product, and then instead of accepting the fact that they sold me on a feature that isn't there, and taking the loss and refunding me the full amount, they made me accept a refund and pretend like nothing happened. I will never buy anything of any value on Vevor again. If you need some cheap non-mechanical/electronic things, Vevor is good, but this is now twice where I bought something, and ended up with a very inferior product. Live and learn. :(

Je m'estime trompé. Cette caméra n'est pas compatible avec IOS et ce n'était pas précisé dans la description lors de l'achat. Vevor refuse le remboursement et me propose 51€ (30% du prix d'achat) pour un produit que je n'ai même pas allumé.

Recently purchased this item to look at any cold spots in my home in order to make it more efficient and save on heating/ cooling bills since I live in the Midwest. Followed all prompts according to direction, downloaded the app recommended and the item won't even turn on. No charging required since it works off your phone's charge port... Will be returning the item and buying a reputable brand like Fluke products.
