Had my wife get me this machine as an early Christmas present because of a sale Vevor had going on. I have wanted a thickness planer for years. I was not familiar with this brand and the price point was low enough to cause some concern but saw other reviews that hit all the points I was looking for. I can say it arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (though the directions are not great but you can build the stand and attach without any directions) and easy to adjust and use. I am SO pleased with it! Very heavy duty for the price and I cannot be happier. It is a straight blade cutter so keep that in mind but for the price and the build quality, this machine cannot be beat! I have been using it for a month hooked up to my dust extraction system and it has worked well for all my projects! Well done Vevor!

This planner arrived very fast and was packed excellently. Easy to put together and when the stand is assembled right it is nice and solid. I welded up a steel base with locking casters so it raised it up a little over 6 inches so it's real comfortable to use. It planes lumber as well as any other small planer I've used. I would (and have) recommend this to anyone in the market for this size planer. I have purchased a number of tools from Vevor and have been happy with all of them. I had a problem with one and their customer service responded right away and the part I need it on the way as I write this. I hope that it ends well, I'll let you know if it doesn't.

Good tool.. very strong and works great.. only onr thing it looks like the blades have a chip broken ..it leaves a line on wood.. i wonder if we can replace the plades only..thank you 5 stars

THE QUALITY AND THE PRICE ARE GREAT. SO FAR IT OUT PERFORMS MY BROKEN PORTER CABLE. TABLE IS TO LOW AND THIN.

Wonderful machine, I use it almost daily. Very easy to use and assemble. Does what I need it to do. I use a lot of rough cut lumber and I don't have to spend days sanding to get it ready.

Addressing 2 complaints I've seen in other reviews: Regarding no instructions for putting the stand together - if you can't figure out how to put it together, you probably shouldn't be using power tools. Seriously. It's very simple and takes only the slightest modicum of common sense to see how it goes together. Regarding snipe at the end of the boards when you use it: all thickness planers that aren't set up correctly will have snipe. It took me 5 minutes to adjust the tables on both sides so that I don't get snipe. This is the first thickness planer I've ever owned, I just looked up a video for "how to get rid of planer snipe" and followed the instructions. For me, this planer is fantastic. There are certainly better-quality planers with more features, more or better blades, more powerful and whatever else, but they are far more expensive. The thickness guide on mine is accurate, it cuts smooth enough for what I'm doing, and it'll get my jobs done. I'd recommend this one for sure, and at this price it's a no-brainer.

lavorazione di ottima qualità macchina precisa usata con quercia antica e assi da ponte (nuovi) piccole pecche della macchina sono i pettini all'ingresso che si incastrano appoggiandosi ai rulli di trascinamento essendo grezzi nel scastarli le bave tagliano una pecca strutturale è l'altezza del banco solo 600mm da terra premesso che uso tavole da 3mt in commercio cavalletti a rulli sono minimo 680mm a meno che uno spenda per una coppia di cavalletti più del costo della macchina ,ho dovuto alzare la macchina ho dovuto forare carter per inserire una fascetta per sorreggere cavo alimentazione se no intralcia il passaggio dell'asse stesso problema col tubo di aspirazione l'attacco avrebbe dovuto essere inclinato di pochi gradi verso alto il pezzo in lavorazione mi stacca il tubo fascettarlo è rischioso potrebbe danneggiare il trascinamento necessita un aspiratore min da 185 mmb se no il pezzo esce sporco con conseguenza poco preciso ,ottimale sarebbe un 225 ma costano il triplo detto questo ottimo acquisto a livello di macchine professionali di alta qualita
