It works well but it should be built stronger I added another cross beam close to the bottom jaw to keep it from bending. But for the low price of it you can not go wrong even if you have to make it stronger your self

Just received my VEVOR Timber Claw Hook,36 inch 4 Claw Log Grapple I purchased recently. I just gave a 3 star rating because I wasn't offered the 21% discount. Will consider changing it to a 5 star rating if I can get the same price refund back to my PayPal account.

The overall design (overlapping tip when closed, multi-tines, closes tighter the harder you pull, etc.) is good. I used it to clear a portion of our shoreline at a place we recently purchased. It hadn't been done in 20+ years. We may have hooked onto and drug a log that was too big for the device... but nevertheless, in the process, it bent and twisted the device such that it would not "grab" another log. I was able to straighten it enough to make it functional again but overall, its seems the device should be thicker and/or it should be hardened so it doesn't twist as easily as mine did.

A major weld broke during the second day of use. I will get it re welded and continue to use it in the future..

Works good only thing so far is bolt holding loop and hook seems to be separating think that is the only weak spot so far

Had to bend the pinchpoints to get to work, however works great

I previously had two single grapples which I affixed to the ends of my front end loader bucket. I lost one of the grapples, and couldn’t find the same size, so this looked like a reasonable replacement. However, it is not well designed—it pivots, so trying to use the grapple to create a deck of logs for my mill it’s hard to get the logs parallel to add to the deck. Also, having two grapples so close together is a head scratcher—it basically can’t do anything a single grapple can. After buying a bunch of additional hardware I was able to create an effective extension of about a foot, which helps some but is far inferior to the 60” bucket grapple-at-each-end system in terms of log control. The extra hardware cost almost as much as the grapple. Then I found my lost single grapple, so this thing has gone to the back of my shop and probably won’t get used again.

It works ok sometimes you have to get out of tractor and place the claws in position cause it exactly won’t get in place but overall ok oh assembly was difficult cause their direction s we’re not very well.

Its good but hard to open little big but over all good
