Very well built. nothing to complain about. Just as good as the ones available locally at twice the price

Tres bien fait

I put the jack on my utility trailer which has a 750 pound tongue weight. It is solid and does not have a problem with the weight. It seems to be good quality and works at a reasonable price. The only negative I have is, although the wheels are larger than most inexpensive single wheel jacks, they are not large enough for a heavy trailer to move on anything other than smooth concrete So if someone from VEVOR reads this I highly recommend the next version move to a larger wheel.

Well made Heavy duty. Attached easily to my log splitter. Makes attaching to tractor much easier.

This is an amazing deal i bought for my husband. He made a wheel Jack for our trailer and it wouldn’t turn easily. I said let me buy one from VEVOR, they’re only $39.99. He agreed it was a good price. We rebuilt a 9 foot trailer we bought in 2002 and a Jack would be nice to add to it. I’ve also bought some metal gas cans that seem nice, but we haven’t filled yet. The price was a deal and we will fill them soon. I always look on VEVOR when we’re looking for things they might have. If it’s on there and you need it snag it quick, or it will be sold out.

0 star customer service if possible. My first order from Vevor and they sent my a golf cart cover instead of the trailer jack. Ok no big deal I'll chat with them and they'll just send out the correct item right? WRONG! I took pictures of the golf cart box, and item and they said their team would respond in 3 days. Um ok, why can't the chat guy help me like every other company. 3 days, an email (from the chat guy) they need more pictures of the SKU that was sent to me. At this point do they think I'm lying? Who knows. I chat again, tell them I'm out of town and the guy says the team will get back to me in....3 days. 3 days later an email from the guy I chatted with, we still need pictures. Once I get home (Mon) I send the pictures... Thursday they respond with whether I'd like a refund or not. Sunday I get an email saying my refund has been issued. 3-4 day increments between communication for something that should be handled in one chat without requiring burden of proof on a customer is UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Never using this website again.
