It arrived not working. Can't give you a review but they did refund my money back. I have bought many vevor products and they are all so far great quality and all though this ultra sonic cleaner came on dead mode the quality still was great.

Everything was going well until about 3 hrs.of use (not consecutive) when it stopped working. Upon evaluation, it had fried the contacts at the fuse and melted the plastic. Doesn't appear that it blew the fuse, but its difficult to tell with the burnt plastic all over it. This is a common problem with this unit after doing some research. I plan on direct wiring it with an inline fuse and hope for the best. I would not go far when running one, it's a hazard. Otherwise, it seems to do a good job. And yes, I followed the directions to a T.

Waited forever for the item to show up but it never did. The tracking for the product was totally useless . A refund was eventually sent to me due them not being able to ship the item.

They do not support warranty claims and mess around with messaging. If you get a faulty product good luck getting support. They have good inexpensive gear when it runs fine. Horrible customer service and support

I have used this twice. Owned approximately 7 months, shut off and won't turn back on. Contacted customer support and had to send them a video of what it is not doing. After sending the video they sent me a replacement part with 0 instructions on how to install this. After installing this item same thing. No power. I tried to contact them but they closed down the ticket, I opened another ticket and then they responded to the old ticket i can no longer respond to telling me they would offer me 20 dollars toward my 200+ dollar ultra sonic cleaner or I could find and pay someone that can fix it (in my tiny town) and they would reimburse me.

The sonic generatornis too small for this sized unit. Essentially the somic clean function doesn't work. All it does is heat water

It's unfortunate for me to write this review, but the ultra sonic cleaner was faulty and kept causing the overload switches in our circuit breakers to jump off. Contacted Vevor the day I got it, messaged that it would be passed on to their technical department to get back to me. 7 days latter I had to contact them again saying the product was totally faulty and needed to be replaced I was offer $62 as compensation, I said no it needtobe replaced please, offered me $123 second time, I said thank you but I just want it replaced or refund my money. 3rd offer with 2 option , replacement or refund, I choose the replacement as I really need it for my requirements. Advised it would be sorted in 1 to 2 business days, wellwe are now I to 3 business days and no advice yet as to the replacement details . So now 9 days out from receiving the first delivery and still waiting for Vevor to respond and advise . This review is mainly on what happens with their Service , still not sure on product performance yet.

You must be bloody joking asking for a review. Item was never received despite several emaills and trips to the post office. No reason why order wasn't delivered or why they decided to cancel the order Not to happy customer

My ultrasonic cleaner stopped working after just two minutes. The customer service was appalling. They first claimed there was nothing they could do and then tossed around compensation offers of $25, $75, and finally $150, all while insisting that I would still need to pay for shipping, which would be exorbitant. After two weeks of back-and-forth with their service department and repeatedly referencing their own return policy, I finally received a full refund. I will never buy another Vevor product again—consider this a strong warning.

Worst purchase right when i got it out the box and tried using it blew fuses had to reach out to their tech support and they would not sell me the driver board but wanted me to replace it on my own ? Makes no sense yes i got a full refund but once i stated if i can get driver board purchases they would not allow but wanted to send me driver boards so i would reppace before the refund was stated ?
