Doesn’t work defective product. Try to get assistance no help with the customer service. Also missing pieces.

Arrived damaged and not working will not turn on. I ordered this though Vevor thinking I would get it in 3 days as the website stated. In actuality it took 7 days. contacted customer support stating that their own website stated that it would be delivered 3 day shipping and nothing was done about this issue. Upon setup and turning the unit nothing on it would turn on. tried contacting customer service once again to just receive an emaiil saying we will contact you within 1 to 3 days concerning this matter. Now i feel like my money and time has just been wasted. Do better Vevor. nothing about this order has been easy and or can't do a simple return of a non working item. I guess customers must just have to sit on their hands and jump through hoops to get what they pay for.

There were no written instructions included how to clean vinyl records. There was a single sheet of pictures showing various stages of assembly. It is supposed to clean 7-12 Inch records, but as most 7 Inch records have 1 1/2 Inch center holes, there are no provisions included to adapt them. Using a generic 1 1/2 Inch adapter, even adding water above the maximum fill line, the most inner grooves of a 7 Inch record is not covered. Allowing records to air dry in the provided rack drew dust in which accumulated on the stylus when playing the record. There is supposed to be 24/7 support, but when contacting online chat with my concerns, I was told that they would be forwarded to an engineer. I received an email later which didn't address all my concerns and questions. The email told me to contact Support again, which I did and they told me to refer to the email I received, which didn't cover all my concerns. The machine doesn't clean records as expected and the 24/7 Support is nil.
