First of all, the unit works great. No complaints there. It is as advertised. My issue is with the customer service and the hidden fees associated with purchasing this product. Sales tax is a given in most situations, I understand that and went into it expecting that, however I spoke with a customer service rep about some concerns I had with the product before buying, and he mentioned that if I’m purchasing in Canada, the sales tax is included in the listed price. Probably to help make a sale for the company he works for. I obviously decided at that point to go ahead with the purchase. Speaking to another rep not long after that about something else, I inquired about what the other rep told me about the tax being included in listed price and that shipping was free. She confirmed that was indeed the case. This only strengthened my resolve to make the purchase. So I’m making the purchase, and get to the checkout screen. There’s nearly a hundred dollars added to the cost I had expected. So I again contacted the customer service to ask what the issue was. They told me it should be the price I expected. They told me to complete the order because it automatically removes the extra money. So I stupidly believe them. It did not do this. Purchase made. I guess I could’ve cancelled the order, but I was really looking forward to trying this item after all the rave reviews. I AGAIN contacted customer service and suddenly the tax thing was incorrect. Nobody had ever heard of such a preposterous notion. I told them to cancel the order, then they said they’d have to get back to me after consulting with the relevant department. They then sent me an email with a ridiculously long list of instructions to follow in order to cancel, along with a rather insulting cancelation fee. I eventually relented and decided to just eat that extra cost. It was gonna cost me more in stress to cancel the thing and it had been shipped by this point. Overall, I’d say don’t be stupid like me. It is their fault for lying to me, but it’s also my fault for believing them. Just expect fees and an almost impossible cancellation process. There are other similar items on the market, on Amazon or even eBay that probably don’t have so many hoops to jump. Good product. Abysmal customer service.

Listen, price was good, however the screw hole that mounts the motor in place wasn’t drilled at tapped. Shoved some cardboard in the mount to wedge it from moving because would have been a pain to send back and get replacement. Other than that have cleaned about 100 records and seems to be cleaning them well.

I've cleaned approximately 100 records and the rotisserie motor has seized up. The light comes on when plugged in but won't run when you switch it on and off. I'm very disappointed with this product.

Unable to assemble and use as the package was missing the nuts and bolts needed to attach the motor to the arm and the arm to the container. It was also missing a basket listed in the very limited instruction leaflet that only referenced the actual ultrasonic bath and said nothing about the record cleaning attachment. I watched an unboxing video on you tube. It confirmed that my package was indeed missing items and the extra instructions. Return process is not simple or customer friendly. Requesting photos of the missing parts, or photos of the instructions with the missing parts circled- Hmm- I don’t have the missing parts as they’re missing, I don’t have the instructions to circle as they’re are missing. Cleaner came damaged. Trying to alleviate the situation has been a pain. Will not buy from again. I have no idea of the cleaner works or not. It came damaged. Thy sent me two circuit boards to replace my self and they came shipped in plastic. Nothing to protect them. Replacing the boards did not fix the issue. So they offered me $37 as a refund. Completely unacceptable.

Arrived damaged and customer service taking too long to make it right. No way to contact them other than open a ticket or chat. Chat was no help. Still waiting on a reply. Guess I will have to contact my credit card company and open a dispute.

I purchased the 6L Vevor Ultrasonic Cleaner specifically for cleaning vinyl records for my business. Unfortunately, after being used only a few times, the unit completely failed in less than 30 days. The cleaner stopped powering on entirely — no lights, no controls, completely non-functional. For a brand-new piece of equipment at this price level, this was very disappointing and caused interruptions to my business workflow and production. To Vevor’s credit, after negotiation they eventually refunded approximately 90% of the purchase price, and I was allowed to keep the defective unit. However, the process started with a much lower compensation offer, and I still ended up losing money due to downtime and being left with broken equipment that the company did not want returned. Another major issue is Vevor’s invoicing system. This is the first company I have dealt with where I had to manually request an invoice after purchase. The invoice request process is unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. For example, in Canada, you must scroll through a very small non-alphabetized list containing hundreds of cities in the province just to select your city. In 2026, with modern AI technology available everywhere, this type of interface feels extremely outdated and frustrating — especially for businesses making multiple purchases and requiring multiple invoices. Overall, my experience was mixed. Customer service eventually improved the refund offer, but the product reliability and invoicing system were both disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend this ultrasonic cleaner for business or long-term use.

Waited for almost 4 weeks. Never received the product. Vevor just kept saying wait and wait. No one knew where it was. Probably never left the factory as shipping company had no idea and didn't update shipping details. Got finally refunded and then purchased after this disaster from Amazon the same product which arrived in 3 days.

You at Vevor sold me a unit that was used and returned. Fingerprints all over the unit, inside took me an hour to clean, it was stained from the water line, and had black crap in it. The motor that spins the album is a joke; it's so loud and cheap that it's ridiculously loud! It's made so cheaply that when you go to adjust the settings, the entire front pushes in from the pressure used to push the buttons. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM VEVOR. YOU PEOPLE GOT ME ONCE, BUT YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN. YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

I'd like to give this company 0 stars, but it's not an option. Item was leaking like a seive all over my wood floors. I submitted a ticket asking not for a refund, but a replacement and was told I would hear from a rep within 48 hours. I got no response. A couple days later, I received a message saying that if they didn't hear from me the ticket would be closed. I asked WTF? YOU don't respond to ME and then say because you didn't hear from me, you're gonna close the ticket? Really? Then, I was given a bunch of BS apologies and told I would receive a replacement fitting where the unit was leaking. Never received a thing. The only positive thing I can say is the the unit this isn't something I really NEED.... just a hobby item for my vinyl. Now it's a huge paper weight. This is a garbage company with garbage products. Stay away.....you've been warned.
