Apparaat functioneert bij mij niet goed. warmt maar op tot 32 a 33 graden, ik gebruik het om platen te reinigen, ook de timer maakt ontzettend lawaai, er is een digitale klok die aftelt maar je hoor van binnen ergens een geratel de hele tijd zolang de timer is ingesteld. Ik wilde dit probleem aan de helpdesk voorleggen door even te telefoneren maar dat wordt niet toegestaan, je moet weer via zo'n irritantie chatbot heen en dan gaan zij binnen enige tijd reageren. en dan vragen ze om filmpjes...... Hoe moet ik het opwarmen filmen.... dat duurt een half uur of nog langer.. Kortom over de helpdesk ben ik zeer ontevreden, en het lijkt er ook op dat je vanuit het buitenland door iemand wordt bedient want er staat altijd bij dat de mails worden vertaald.

Macchina ad ultrasuoni per vari utilizzi ma, secondo me, per lavare dischi non è proprio il massimo. Risultati sufficienti per un solo disco ma per più dischi, risultati scadenti. Una lavadischi ad ultrasuoni dovrebbe lavorare con molto meno acqua per garantire un lavaggio ottimale. 5 litri d' acqua sono davvero troppi!!

Still no invoice receipt... What happened with invoice????

Unit arrived with broken heater thermostat. Customer support was ridiculous. Rather than sending me a replacement unit, they are sending me a circuit board that they expect me to install myself. The board is being shipped from China, no idea when I might arrive.

I bought the machine to clean my 400 7" records for my jukebox. The machine offers no adaptors for the larger hole in the 7" records, so it cannot clean them. Dussapointed in product.

The ultrasonic cleaner works well. But I want a basket so I can get full use of my cleaner. Vevor is the only one who manufacturers one specifically for this machine . BUT THEY REFUSE TO SELL IT TO ME. I took a week and many emails and chats and complaints on IG for them to even give me the specs of the basket. Now they refuse to give me contact information for the corporate office so I can complain that they refuse to take my money. I will never buy a Vevor product again. And I recommend that no one else does.

First of all, the unit works great. No complaints there. It is as advertised. My issue is with the customer service and the hidden fees associated with purchasing this product. Sales tax is a given in most situations, I understand that and went into it expecting that, however I spoke with a customer service rep about some concerns I had with the product before buying, and he mentioned that if I’m purchasing in Canada, the sales tax is included in the listed price. Probably to help make a sale for the company he works for. I obviously decided at that point to go ahead with the purchase. Speaking to another rep not long after that about something else, I inquired about what the other rep told me about the tax being included in listed price and that shipping was free. She confirmed that was indeed the case. This only strengthened my resolve to make the purchase. So I’m making the purchase, and get to the checkout screen. There’s nearly a hundred dollars added to the cost I had expected. So I again contacted the customer service to ask what the issue was. They told me it should be the price I expected. They told me to complete the order because it automatically removes the extra money. So I stupidly believe them. It did not do this. Purchase made. I guess I could’ve cancelled the order, but I was really looking forward to trying this item after all the rave reviews. I AGAIN contacted customer service and suddenly the tax thing was incorrect. Nobody had ever heard of such a preposterous notion. I told them to cancel the order, then they said they’d have to get back to me after consulting with the relevant department. They then sent me an email with a ridiculously long list of instructions to follow in order to cancel, along with a rather insulting cancelation fee. I eventually relented and decided to just eat that extra cost. It was gonna cost me more in stress to cancel the thing and it had been shipped by this point. Overall, I’d say don’t be stupid like me. It is their fault for lying to me, but it’s also my fault for believing them. Just expect fees and an almost impossible cancellation process. There are other similar items on the market, on Amazon or even eBay that probably don’t have so many hoops to jump. Good product. Abysmal customer service.

Listen, price was good, however the screw hole that mounts the motor in place wasn’t drilled at tapped. Shoved some cardboard in the mount to wedge it from moving because would have been a pain to send back and get replacement. Other than that have cleaned about 100 records and seems to be cleaning them well.

I've cleaned approximately 100 records and the rotisserie motor has seized up. The light comes on when plugged in but won't run when you switch it on and off. I'm very disappointed with this product.
