Hilarious that Vevor wants me to review an item that I never received. So, here goes. After trying twice to buy this item, I gave up and bought the Karcher floor sweeper. I love it! Assembly was simple and the sweeper picks up everything in its path. Skip the runaround and get any other brand.

His product was absolutely useless and did not work, the front brushes kicks out as much as it pushes in. Do not waste your money, the company does not stand by their products. I have been trying to do a return for over two weeks no one is helpful and just pushes you to email system and every time they reply and you click on the link it brings you to an error scream. This company are scammers. Temu has better customer service.

I was not impressed, it doesn't seem to pick up everything so I wind up sweeping anyway. It does not save me any time.

Too light for the jub. Unpacked and bot belts broke on 1st push. Tried to order new belts and was told Ve or do not carry parts for this iten. Not sure what to do with it now.

This product does not work as advertised. It is extremely hard to push and barely picks up leaves or debris. The performance is nothing like what is shown in the product videos. I tried it under normal conditions, and it was essentially unusable. Customer service has also been frustrating. Instead of offering a straightforward return and refund, I was offered a partial refund that doesn’t reflect the fact that the product does not function as promised. I paid $76.28 and am still trying to obtain a full refund. I would not recommend this product based on both its poor performance and the return experience.

The tab that holds on the brush broke after a few short months. I reached back out twice about it and was told id have a replacement part in the mail. Never got one. Its now been over a month since that conversation. I really loved this thing but all they seem to care about is the sale.

As others have mention, works fine if pushing in a straight line. If you have to turn, it dumps a bunch of debris on the floor.

I bought this VEVOR Icecream machine, after using it for barely 2 months it stopped working , trying to connect with VEVOR via chat but they are saying the same thing we created the case . No one is there to talk to you over the phone . It has a manufacturing warranty for 1 year but no one wa sts to help . Pls stay away from this company
