This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.

Waited 3 weeks, never came, contacted Vevor and said well it must be lost, sent refund, very disappointed

Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

The product is advertised as 12 feet long, but in reality it is more like 11. The assembly directions were not as clear as I would have expected. The metal frame is also a bit feeble. I had hoped there was going to be an entry on both sides of the greenhouse. Only one. Having said that, the price was such that I can afford to make it last for a few years and then look at investing in something more substantial.

Is what you expect for the price. Work as should. Nothing special. Already has a small hole where one of the end caps rubbed through.

Received the Greenhouse in a timely manner. The problem arose when I opened the box to start assembly. First the box had way more tape than what is normally on factory packages. Once opened, the hardware, nuts and bolts, were mostly scattered through the box. Several plastic bags were scattered through the box. It appeared these were suppose to have frame parts in them. As I took inventory I found about half the hardware was missing. I am assuming this was a return that wasnt checked well. I requested a replacement hardware package. Vevor made me jump through hopes, sending pictures of the box, pictures of what hardware I had. After several days of that run around, they agreed to send a new package of hardware, problem was the package was not in the US, itvwas in China. This started on 12/18/25 and was finally resolved on 1/8/2026. This is not good customer service. First theyvsent out a returned item to a good customer without properly checking the contents. Then waste my time with do meeting whatcwas missing and finally ship whatcwas missing from China when the Greenhouse was shipped from in the US. Step up your game Vevor.

Nice kit but smaller than advertised

Not so great.the first thunder storm we had just about destroyed it. It blew over and bars broke. Plants died also.not to happy
