Bought this as a gift for my wife to be able to try growing veggies and fruits for us. Overall build is OK but the outer shell leaves to be desired. It isn't the same length as the enclosure once it is built. I had to shorten some of the pipes to make it fit. Other than that, it's a Vevor. You get what you pay for so that is the only reason I gave it a 4 star. I don't like having to modify something already that should be a one time setup. Still would recommend it. ☺

plastic plugs are wrong size they are to small

Order was delivered by carrier two days before promised date. However, the zipper on one side is inoperable due to the way it was folded in the carton. The zipper on the left side facing the door has a hard crease in it. It will NOT work past about a foot of opening. You can see where the damage is. Sorry to have to inform you of this.

Got home from work and started putting together everything. Was going good until I started doing the arches , none of the holes were lined up I had to redrill almost every hole i get the whole thing together and just looks smaller to me. So I pull out my tape measure , and this thing's not even the advertised size the listing says 15x7x7 the Measurements came out to 14x6x6.5 this makes me leery about buying anything from the site because obviously these guys do not know how to use a tape measure and I had to make my own cap for the end of the watering system , because it didn't come with one i would return this item, but considering all the work I had to do to get it up.It's not worth taking down now. What should have been a 45 min job Turned into 3 hrs

Bought on 8/28/26 .. finally received a week later box was damaged and parts visible . Looks like a returned item not new. Back and forth texting/ email with support still no satisfaction. even sent a video. This is a gift it looks like I got it from a thrift store. Requested a refund or even an exchange. Response was for me to count pieces in the box and set it up then let them know if any thing is missing. Over the pass 2 months I have spent over a thousand $.. I have to go shopping somewhere else. I am a 86 years old. I always thought this company was the best , Now I know better. BUYER BEWARE.

This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.
