Missing all the bolts, can't put it together.

I bought this greenhouse but try tu returned they made the return and later they cancel the deposit know i don't have my retur on my credit card. Im very disappointed

Never came. Claimed address faulty. Malarky. Never a delivery problem with address before.

I give it 2 stars for the price alone. But as I unbox tge entire package, I get to the 2nd part of STEP 1 and immediately realize that there's nowhere near enough short bolts to assemble this greenhouse. This is my third Greenhouse. One from these guys, and two from somewhere else. But EVERY ONE OF THEM has had missing parts. Basically im saying, if you order one of these portable little hoop houses from ANYWHERE...right when it gets delivered, reach out to who it was ordered from and tell them that theres NO bolts in the package and get them to send replacements. Save yourself the time and hassle

Missing Poles and mix matched poles also several poles bent

The wind destroyed it. Got to use it for about 30 days. Not recommended if you have any sort of chance of strong eind

This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.

I love the product until we had one slightly windier day than normal and it completely collapsed. One of the zippers also ripped pretty soon after we built it. Overall the product lasted maybe 2 months
