I bought this greenhouse with high hopes. My boyfriend and I have 50acres just wasting away. We’d seen a greenhouse on tictok and he really wanted it and I was really excited after watching all the video and seeing all the reviews and even an advertisement showing the greenhouse in the middle of an extremely high grade wind storm without having any issues at all.. We purchased the 20x10x7 model and it arrived in only 2 days to central Fla: We waited until our day off which was only 2 days away. The manual was a photo-only instruction booklet but it seemed like common sense. It took us about 2hrs and it was finished. The 2hrs even included my bf grabbing one of the tractors, clearing a piece of land and framing some wood for the greenhouse to sit perfectly. We had planned to go buy plants and other supplies and finish the following day . The next day we were arriving home with the supplies and Huron driving up to house we both notices a bunch of neighbors gathers across the street. Long story short… It had been a mildly windy day in Central Fl (about 12mph winds) and according to our video surveillance, the greenhouse caught wind, took flight, banged into our truck, blew across the street to a large field where a bunch of children play, and causing a child to be scraped on the face. I wrote VEVOR explaining the situation and asking for a refund to which they offered 25%, the second manager offered a 50% discount and the third offered no refund at all. Not a single manager ask about the child’s health or safety, only the very last issued a refund of 100% after I had already gotten my lawyer involvded.

It was easy to set up. Had a few wind related problems. First, the supplied anchors didn't hold and it flew into my neighbors yard. I retrieved it and it was in pretty good shape. I bought better anchors and secured it again. We had a pretty windy day which is common where I live. The structure collapsed in the 30 mph winds. If I lived somewhere with less wind this might have worked. The thin metal can't stand up to the wind where I live.

The assembly was easy to do. but it could not hold up to the 50mph wind and snow. Collapsed very disappointing, but it did its job on the 1st year of use.

Box came severely damaged almost looks like it has been returned .. some items wrapped. Some items not ... several screws missing and 2 of the poles were dented ....one being the corner support. :( i have picgure but its not letting me load em

Initially, while assembling the frame, I noticed that the length specified in the offer was 10 cm shorter. I reported the issue to the VEVOR service center. However, after final assembly, it turned out that the frame's dimensions differed from the tent's by approximately 10 cm in EVERY OTHER DIMENSION. The tent sits loosely on the frame, and as you can see in the attached photos, the frame doesn't fit the tent. This makes the entire structure unstable. The small refund I received from VEVOR as compensation didn't compensate me for the costs and effort I had to put into restoring the entire structure. I'm not satisfied from it.
