Don't waste your hard earned money OR valuable time with this or its difference sized peers. First bit of bad weather this thing tore to shreds, all the frame bent to #ell. Tubing wall is extremely thin. Kinks if you breathe on it or look at it too strongly. Had high hopes, but serious waste of time and money. You have been warned. Vevor makes great stuff, this damages their reputation and they should not even sell it as it is insulting.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT - WARRANTY SCAM! Paid $276.90 for this green house plus $49.84 for extended warranty. Set the green house up to exact standards expected in instruction manual, had the green house set up for 1 week, the wind started to blow moderately hard and right away the seams started to tear apart on the shelter. Removed shelter and contacted vevor, waited weeks for them to come up with a solution and the solution is a $29 refund to compensate. I declined the insult of a solution and said I want to return the product and im now being offered $88 and they expect me to just eat the the $250 loss. Don't waste your time and money.

Didn't even last a month into winter. Caved in under

First issue was with the assembly instructions; they were inaccurate and some of the frame parts were mislabeled. Also, some of the frame parts were missing from the shipment. In addition, the zippers for the doors were not sturdy enough. Two zipper slides broke and after buying a repair kit, neither was able to be repaired. Definitely need sturdier door zippers. The greenhouse only lasted one season and ended up in the trash. I didn't attach any photos; a broken zipper slide shouldn't need a picture to show what that would look like.

This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.

Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

I bought this greenhouse with high hopes. My boyfriend and I have 50acres just wasting away. We’d seen a greenhouse on tictok and he really wanted it and I was really excited after watching all the video and seeing all the reviews and even an advertisement showing the greenhouse in the middle of an extremely high grade wind storm without having any issues at all.. We purchased the 20x10x7 model and it arrived in only 2 days to central Fla: We waited until our day off which was only 2 days away. The manual was a photo-only instruction booklet but it seemed like common sense. It took us about 2hrs and it was finished. The 2hrs even included my bf grabbing one of the tractors, clearing a piece of land and framing some wood for the greenhouse to sit perfectly. We had planned to go buy plants and other supplies and finish the following day . The next day we were arriving home with the supplies and Huron driving up to house we both notices a bunch of neighbors gathers across the street. Long story short… It had been a mildly windy day in Central Fl (about 12mph winds) and according to our video surveillance, the greenhouse caught wind, took flight, banged into our truck, blew across the street to a large field where a bunch of children play, and causing a child to be scraped on the face. I wrote VEVOR explaining the situation and asking for a refund to which they offered 25%, the second manager offered a 50% discount and the third offered no refund at all. Not a single manager ask about the child’s health or safety, only the very last issued a refund of 100% after I had already gotten my lawyer involvded.
