Didn't even last a month into winter. Caved in under

First issue was with the assembly instructions; they were inaccurate and some of the frame parts were mislabeled. Also, some of the frame parts were missing from the shipment. In addition, the zippers for the doors were not sturdy enough. Two zipper slides broke and after buying a repair kit, neither was able to be repaired. Definitely need sturdier door zippers. The greenhouse only lasted one season and ended up in the trash. I didn't attach any photos; a broken zipper slide shouldn't need a picture to show what that would look like.

This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.

Waited 3 weeks, never came, contacted Vevor and said well it must be lost, sent refund, very disappointed

Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

I purchased a green house from VEVOR which was missing 4 of the side poles and the connecting arch pieces were bent at the ends beyond repair. Basically even if I did have the missing side pieces they would have not been able to connect either way. I contacted VEVOR and one of their solutions was to keep it and they would refund back only 20 dollars which I would’ve understood if only the frame were that cheap. Another option was for them to send some accessories, I would’ve needed a whole new frame not a couple of screws and bolts. I tried to go thru PayPal but apparently I’d have to pay for return shipping which would possibly be more than the actual product it’s self . Long story short wouldn’t recommend to purchase green house from them unless you want to risk losing money for a product rendered useless for missing pieces. That being said I have ordered multiple items from them and never had a problem until now. I even had other items of more than $1000 dollar value in my cart. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

DONOT BUY Cheap zipper broke after first zip

Ho preparato un'aiuola rialzata con le dimensioni esatte, lasciando 100 mm di margine sui bordi, sperando di poterla installare perfettamente sopra. È troppo piccola. Quando si aprono le istruzioni, le misure sono indicate come 12*7*7, e poi si procede a scrivere le misure corrette in unità metriche. Se si dovessero scrivere le misure corrette in unità imperiali, sarebbero 11,5*6,5*6,5 piedi. Una differenza enorme. Ho sprecato i miei soldi e mi ha causato un grosso problema, ora devo costruire una serra su misura. Sono molto arrabbiato.

These are the worst greenhouses I have ever dealt with. This is my second year with them. Year 1 week 1 the covers disassembled themselves in a light breeze. Completely shredded. So i bought proper 6mil greenhouse plastic. This year I set them up with some wiggle wire to actually keep the plastic on, and the frame collapsed under no more than its own weight. Completely split the garbage, roll-and-tack, pencil thin hoops. It is now trash in less than two years. Do not buy these. They don't stand up to wind of more than 20km/hr, which is a light breeze. They self disassemble. I should have saved my money and just built the things myself out if EMT conduit. It would have been much sturdier.

Simple but decent growhouse for the price. However, one on the metal struts arrived broken, so I contacted Vevor customer service. No answer for one week, despite the promise of 24 or 48 hours customer service. I then used the customer chat and they promised to look into this matter asap. Still no answer. The cheap prices comes with a cost, I get it. But getting no help what so ever with broken products, will stop me from using Vevor again. And I am a returning customer, until now. Really bad - getting flooded with Vevor ads, but no ads in the world could compansate for lousy customer support.
