Good product but upside need also windows. Hot Air can't go outside from under windows.

didn't last a month. one 15mph wind day took it out. completely bowed and bent the hoops that make the top of it. they are small diameter poles. save your money and buy something better. wife never even got to use it.

AS I IRFONMED YOU MANY PARTS MISSED AND I HAD SERIUOS PROBLEM.NOBODY CARED ABOUT,SO I FEEL VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Instructions are very vague, needs more detail, took me a while to figure how the door 🚪 should be hung, nothing like the instructions, tubing for frame is a little flimsy but if you in an area where there is no wind it will work I found by cutting the material roof and replacing with a good bird wire works pretty good

Easy to assemble but even the box says not for outdoor use! Really? Wind turns this thing into a kite. Lift is so profound that it actually snapped the grounding pegs. Cover only held on by nylon ribbons. Had it up less than a week then disassembled it and threw it in the garbage.

I give it 2 stars for the price alone. But as I unbox tge entire package, I get to the 2nd part of STEP 1 and immediately realize that there's nowhere near enough short bolts to assemble this greenhouse. This is my third Greenhouse. One from these guys, and two from somewhere else. But EVERY ONE OF THEM has had missing parts. Basically im saying, if you order one of these portable little hoop houses from ANYWHERE...right when it gets delivered, reach out to who it was ordered from and tell them that theres NO bolts in the package and get them to send replacements. Save yourself the time and hassle

I was so excited for this!! It was garbage :( I have bought a few items from this company so I was excited for this garden shed. The poles are flimsy and the way it’s put together made them even worse. I had it up for one (1) day. Put it up per its instructions and also put it on railroad ties for added stability. Went out the next morning and the whole thing had fallen over. I looked and the poles were all bent. I straightened them and picked it all back up and reinforced the bent poles the best I could and the next morning it fell over again. This time there was no saving the cheap flimsy poles. They were bent in half and half were broken. $180 bucks down the drain. I ended up throwing all of the support poles away and putting the cover over another frame that I had. Ridicules. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I didnt even have time to put everything in it so I guess that was a blessing in disguise because it would have been destroyed.

I received a used product that’s missing six parts! The only way to contact customer service is through a live chat. Once I explained my issue, the agent Ahmed, stopped responding. The system will not allow you to start a new chat. I would NOT order from this company, their behavior is disgraceful. To make matters worse, I had to pay someone to assemble it and now I have to pay them to come back to finish the job somehow without the missing parts. Update: so Ahmed finally came back (may have been connection issues on his end) providing me with an email address to send a video of the unit which I did. I’m waiting for a response. I’ll be sure to come back to post the outcome. But so far I received a response from an automated attendant. I thought that Ahmed would give me his direct email rather than placing me back into a system void of humans smh
