I got my fan a month ago and it worked great but the last week it has been shutting off on its own and not starting back up without jiggling or moving it! I bought another 2 weeks after and it seems to be running ok!

Online this said it had a fully enclosed motor which is NOT the case. I have reached out to return them and it has been 4 days with no response. I'm not impressed with this company so far.

I ordered this item from this company. And I have been in a shipping, hail with them for the past 2 months. I finally got a refund today. They shipped the item to whoever has never showed up. I would never never do business with them again every time I buy something they ship it somewhere else, they don't listen to you. Their customer service sucks and treats you like s*** and patronize you .

Ho acquistato questo ventilatore, è dopo averlo fatto montare ad uno specialista per evitare errori o rotture, dopo solo venti secondi la funzione "swing", ossia oscillazione non funzionava più, rimanendo bloccato. Dopo vari tentativi nel contattare l'assistenza, mi scrivono che " non abbiamo potuto procedere alla sostituzione poiché il pezzo di ricambio è andato perduto durante la spedizione ". Quindi dopo varie settimane ad attendere invano mi dicono che possono offrirmi un rimborso di 50 euro per un ventilatore pagato 85. Società poco seria è non affidabile

Another product in my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service and they never responded. Talked to an agent and they kept telling me that they emailed me and they have escalated the issue but I never received an email. Have yet to get a resolution. The agent keeps sending me screenshots of emails she said they are sending me but removes header (does not display the email it was sent from, email sent to and date and time). I have checked all my folders and those emails have not been received. This company is a scam save your money. They will not provide support for their products.

The item arrived broken from the factory. I spoke with customer service for three months , but they didn’t respond properly. They tried to send me spare parts from China, which didn’t work. Still after three months I didn’t get any refund and any spare parts.

I cannot recommend buying from Vevor in general, as they try to avoid responsibility during the return process and offer only partial refunds. If the customer does not accept their terms, they turn customer service into a nightmare. Every 48 hours you receive automatically generated messages promising that a “specialist” will get back to you, but after more than a week, nothing has progressed. Their tactic of wearing the customer down probably works on many people, and many will give up on making a complaint because Vevor has created a system that makes customers tired of waiting for a refund.
