Yarwin Kolff Do not use anything but pyrex glass
Only glass can give pure distilled water free from impurities. This water becomes a magnet for metals, toxins, etc.

Alex Leaks and customer service is taking more than 1 month to send part
I got this water distiller, and it worked as advertised for five times. Then, it started leaking from the top. In a few hours, water was all over my kitchen table, and sometimes, it dripped on the electrical circuits.
I contacted customer service on February 23, 2025, and sent a video, and they said they would replace the seal. This is within 1 month of buying the product.
It's March 11, and the update is that they are still preparing the order for one O-ring seal.
In the meantime, I can't use my water distiller because I risk having water all over my kitchen table or getting electrocuted.
Even worse, I need to buy 4L jugs of purified water for my humidifier, which I can't live without because of my medical condition.

Natalia Stopped working after first use
I'm very disappointed as the machine stopped working after the very first use. I followed the instructions, first time everything went as expected, though I was shocked how much heat it produced. I live in apartment without air conditioner and that day was super hot so my place almost turn to sauna. I used filtered water and therefore needed only to wipe the insides after use as I saw there a light white residue. BTW I could not find instruction on how to properly clean it, this is very strange. Tried to turn it on the next day and it just wont start. I called and left emails, that didn't go smooth as now I was asked to wait for technician (?) for unknown to me reason, as I asked for refund. Their "30 day no hassle return" turn out to be -"It is not recommended for you to return it due to the long shipping time and we can not 100% make sure the item will not be damaged during the shipping". Why is it like this I don't know, as it took only a few days for me to receive it. I will be happy to change this review, if this issue will get resolved.
