First off I was very excited to get this hose reel. That being said once received and installed the disappointed set in. First I ordered the ½" hose , should have ordered the ⅝" but not the end of the world i can deal with that. What really had me upset was the ¾" male end where the nozzle screws on was way to short and would disappear in the nozzle making it impossible to tighten. I added a second rubber washer in an attempt to leaves enough of the male end out so it could be tightened but then it just spun on the crimp and you couldn't tighten the nozzle enough to stop it from leaking. All said and done I had to order ½" to ¾" male barbed end cut the hose and hose clamp it to the hose in order to be able to put the nozzle on and get it tight. I should of sent it back and got a refund but I don't have the time or patience to deal with it so I just made it work. Next time I think I will just make a trip to Home Depot and buy whatever the have on the shelf. Very disappointed !

Unit arrive damaged. The hose connector to the waters faucet was bent. I sent an email in two weeks ago and have not heard anything back. Disappointed.

Easy enough to mount in the side of the house and looks great. Came with an abnormal hose end though with an o-ring seal vs the standard rubber washer most US hose connections use. Works well enough but I’m concerned about longevity with that flimsy seal. Also, when installing the spray nozzle onto the hose end, it broke. It still works well enough but I’m unable to remove the nozzle from the hose. The fitting just twists around inside of the spray nozzle. Definitely not ideal.

Like the retractable hose, Easy to install and use. My only disappointment is after a few weeks of use, the hose started to kink. Other than that is good.

Les vis tirfonds livrées pour fixer l'enrouleur sont beaucoup trop courtes pour une fixation sur un mur en briques (aucune tenue de l'enrouleur très lourd), il a fallu les remplacer. Le stop lors du déroulement du tuyau n'est pas évident, il faut s'y reprendre à 2 fois afin de bloquet ce dernier. A voir par la suite...

The reel itself seems pretty nice. The hose however couldn't have been any more cheaply made. I am going to try and replace it with a better quality hose.

Nice concept, but frustrating in practice. The hose reel works well overall, but the hose end has a swivel fitting that makes it impossible to properly tighten the included spray gun. It just spins, leaks during use, and can’t be removed to attach other accessories. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. The only way to make this usable was to cut the end of the hose off and purchase a replacement fitting, but it’s hard to recommend.

En remplacement d'un enrouleur un peu trop court celui ci est effectivement plus long de 10m mais la qualité me semble fragile à première vue. A voir dans le temps quand j'aurai besoin d'aller au plus loin. Sur les photos les raccords semblait être en laiton, en fait c'est du plastique également premier prix.

Le materiel a l'air très bien mais pas encore utilisé, La livraison parfaite Par contre au niveau facturation j ai demandé à plusieurs reprises d indiquer mon num de tva sur la facture et ce n est tjs pas le cas ... J envois des mails , mais pas de réponses..
