Received my hose reel a few days ago and after mounting it on the bracket and making all hose connections I learned that water flow wasn't quite what I was expecting it to be. It was very weak. I did all reasonable troubleshooting, checked for kinks,extended the hose out fully and inspecting it check connections at the hook up point to see if anything was interfering with the water pressure and after all that water flow was still very weak. I might have jumped the gun on ordering this item. Oh well, lesson learned.

I have purchased now 4 of your hose housing unit one of them would not retract back wrote you guys a email and even called. So I did not want to wait for your response so I purchased another. Great hose EXCEPT the 1/2" version I bought is too small. Water volume/pressure is not good. I would hope the 5/8" model would be better.

Stop retracting after a couple of months

nothing to brag about. the only thing metal is the bracket portion that attaches to the wall or Post. everything else is plastic. not much pressure when compared side by side to the old hose. OK but not worth the money

I mostly love the features of the reel and have gotten many compliments from the neighbors. The 100 ft. 1/2 inch diameter hose is too constricting and reduces the pressure substantially. I regret not getting a larger diameter. It works... just at half the pressure which is evident when washing the car or running a sprinkler. This would be fine for water plants. I expect that I would have given 5 stars for the larger diameter version.

Je mets pas souvent de commentaire mais la la qualité y est pas. Le tuyau se détache entre le robinet et le pistolet et une très mauvaise audeur puissante de produit de plastique survient lors de l'arrosage.

Très mauvaise qualité au bout de deux jours, le tuyau est percé à plusieurs endroits malgré il y a 15 jours un mail pour essayer de les contacter aucune réponse

I bought a vevor 150 ft hose. Love the texture of hose Then I found the one on real. Real makes it easier to store, but the texture of hose is different. And I put it on shower mode on the one on reel. Does shower face enough to water plants. I don't think hose is 145 feet , because the vevor 150 ft reaches my fish pond without any trouble, had hose to spare. VERY disappointed when this one didn't reach my pond. That is the only reason I purchased the reel. Very unhappy , have thrown box away to return it Sheila S...really needed this reel

I bought this a few months ago. I ordered the 1/2" hose hose reel and was disappointed that the hose wasn't 1/2". The hose is barely 3/8". The retractable hose reel works good and seems to be built well. Vevor definitely misrepresented this product.
