Mal conçu pour faire du bench décliner. J'ai du perçé un trou dans l'acier pour montrer la retenu des pieds et ajouter un coussin pour derrière les jambes sinon beaucoup trop douloureux. Mauvaise retenue pour ne pas que le cors descende. Même après toutes c'est modification, le siège essaye toujours de lever pendant l'exercice. Grosse déception

It was never delivered before I went overseas was late by over a week and still has not arrived I am back this week be good to actually receive my bench

This is a strong, well-constructed bench, but it has serious flaws beginning with the assembly instructions. I am a SEASONED assembler, I can and have assembled all manner of items and this was the worst set of instructions I've ever seen. They were obviously put together by a person who has never actually put the bench together - there are multiple disconnects, missing parts of sentences and just missing info. That's bad enough, but the primary issue with this is it's apparently made for a 4' tall tiny female. I'm an average (5"6") female and parts of this bench are simply unusable because they are so small & poorly thought out. The padding on the leg raise, for instance, is so thin it's not worth being there, but the clearance to get your legs in position to lift is, again, obviously meant for a child. The part of the seat before the backrest is also impossibly small for an adult, rendering it impossible to keep the bench in an upright position - you must scoot back a way to get your ankles under the leg lift "cushions" and that's only possible if the bench part is fully reclined! Putting your legs over the two provided "cushions" for a leg raise is actually PAINFUL -- I ended up just removing that part entirely, it's easier to do a leg lift without it. The range of motion with the leg lift, though, is excessively limited. Again, it's pretty clear this is designed for a very small person or a child. I do like that the exercise band attachment points are big enough to accept additional bands, which I have and can use with this bench. The preacher curl attachment is simple to take on and off as needed, and if you could use the bench with the incline in a seat position, it's easy to raise and lower. The parts are heavy duty steel, I imagine this thing will last forever. That said, after spending way too long slogging through the instructions and getting it assembled, I wish I could return it. For all its attachments and gizmos and such, I'm MAYBE getting 30% of the functionality I expected from such a device. It's more of just an exercise bench than a weight training station. Unless I can find a child to give it to.

What do I do now ?

unstable construction - will not be able to handle the specified load. Easy to assemble and good functionality for strength training. Loose construction and unstable unfortunately
