Support très pratique à voir dans le temps , télé 65" installé , bien fixée le support, bouge beaucoup paraît instable, j'ai peur qu'à la longue il sorte du rail. Sinon pas mal pour l'instant malgré tout.

Nice mechanics - quiet and smooth Take instructions and throw them away. Useless. Issues: Baseboard thicker than offset wall mounts - had to stick a 1.5 “ board behind it Window height - under window install is something to measure twice Critical - TCL tv 50” the bracket holes are low and therefore causes screen to slant forward from weight - tighten top Allen bolts - it helps Also the tv would not disappear as it was too high from floor. So there’s a lot of custom work and measuring 100x over but we finally got it working good by adding a heavy duty plate we had to extend mounting plate - but it’s not perfect. The bolts are rubbing half way in telescopic mode It needs a longer and more stable iron mounting plate - probably better for a small screen - 50” is pushing it Awesome for those that don’t like the tv taking over the room or view.. It is very James Bond But you’ll need agent Q too..

The lift works fine. But it is severely limited for my application due to two issues. First, the holes for mounting the bracket to lifting arm are a very small subset of what the unit can support. There are various ones for use depending on the TV and room for ones above AND below the current predrilled sets. Another set or two in either direction would allow for better TV placement. This will be an issue if your TV has its mounts slightly higher or slightly lower on the vertical; thus, putting the top of the TV above or not able to be fully exposed from the installation space. This was my case. It can be solved by a complete disable and drilling new mounting holes. Second, the unit does not have the ability to set the stop height. It only goes to maximum height. Again, TVs are different, so this could place the TV not fully exposed out the installation space or in my case exposed so far exposed to look dysfunctional.

Werkt goed maar past niet en service om terug te sturen is echt waardeloos ze willen het gewoon niet terug nemen.

Bij de montage van de TVlift bleken alle zakjes met onderdelen al opengemaakt. Vlg. de handleiding moest de motor met kracht in de standard geduwd worden. Kon die nergens vinden, maar bleek met 2 schroeven al gemonteerd te zijn. Handleiding klopt ook niet, schroeven te weinig. Toen ik hierover reclameerde werd ik voor leugenaar uitgemaakt. Want dat kon allemaal niet. Wel kon ik contact opnemen voor ondersteuning etc. Geen zin meer in dus bij zo'n bedrijf , dus gelijk ook de laatste bestelling geweest hier.

It’s terrible experience ordering from VEVOR a tv lift mount. I contacted support and the insist partial refund even it didn’t come with complete hardware kit. I was told to ship on my on cost. I don’t understand the policy why it wasn’t clear enough when we order.

When it broke, I found the “customer service” team told be a joke. You can only communicate by chat or email and each interaction has a 1 to 3 day wait for a response. My unit made a loud bang and then would only raise half the original design height. After multiple exchanges including photos and video, the idiotic customer service team told me that it was operating correctly, denied replacing it under warranty and so far have denied accepting it as a return despite being within 30 days of purchase as noted in the website I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM VEVOR AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER.
