Bernie great small batch mixer.
great little dough mixer for pizza that’s not on anyone’s radar. I can make 4-6 - 409 gram dough balls at a time.
it’s the size of an instapot, 2 piece top. priced well. the only downside is it’s a bit loud like many other mixers of its size.
why I like it. I throw my flour, yeast, salt, water 10 mins later. I am done. I remove the hook. put the cover on to proof, that’s it. I comeback in a few hours ball, no mess. wash the bowl we are done.
can’t wait to use it for other tasks.

bsaylors Sourdough must have
Takes the hassle out of kneading sourdough. This has done a great job of mixing 1500g 70% hydration dough. Much quicker and less work than doing by hand and pretty sure it does a better job. And the price is outstanding. Its a win-win.
