- Product Details: Our hydraulic pump is designed with a 12V DC motor (Power: 1.6-3.0kw) and a 4.5-quart reservoir. The max relief pressure setting is 3200 PSI; the flow rate is 2 GPM, and it is a double-acting pump for both power up and power down.
- Easy to Use: This 12V hydraulic power unit has been fully assembled in advance. The wiring is simple and comes with operating instructions. Two additional SAE#6 connectors and one 4-button detachable pendant ( 15 ft ) are included in the package.

McNasty Offroad Quality Product for Low Price
We’ve used this hydraulic power unit on several custom hydraulic step and rear steering setups at McNasty Offroad, and it’s been a great little unit for what we ask it to do. Compact enough to package neatly on a mega truck, straightforward to plumb and wire, and it operates the steps/rear steer smoothly in both directions.
These aren’t exactly lightweight applications either. We build our step systems for trucks where the door sill is practically in another zip code and the axles are 2.5 or 5 ton military style., so dependable operation matters. 😂 So far, we’ve been very happy with the performance and have continued using these units on multiple builds.
The photos and video are from a few of the McNasty Offroad trucks we’ve installed them on. Definitely recommend for anyone putting together a custom hydraulic setup.

works great. Had to do a little to get it to connect but am happy. No one would work on my old one and this new was way cheaper than if someone had been willing to work on the old one!
