Je l'utilise pour de la micro-soudure electronique et la différence avec mon ancien microscope numérique est juste folle. La qualité optique et la longueur focale est très appréciable, on peu travailler sur de grandes zones et la netteté est tellement folle que j'ai dû reprendre pas mal de soudures de puces qui me semblaient belles au numérique mais qui l'étaient beaucoup moins avec celui-ci... le côté stéréoscopique aussi est vraiment un plus dans la gestion des profondeurs c'est vraiment top. J'ai dû adapter le support car j'avais besoin d'installer le bras en latéral et au final ça fonctionne parfaitement. Attention par contre le bras est super quali mais très très lourd et encombrant, il faut bien anticiper la place et le support. Le seul bémol pour moi reste l'absence de protection sur les optiques lorsque l'on ne se sert pas du microscope. J'ai commandé un filtre UV transparent pour la lentille du bas qui fera office de protection pour éviter les dépôts sur la lentille principale à cause des vapeurs de colophane (il y à un filetage 40.5mm sur la lentille inférieur qui permet d'installer des filtres).
