Da*** Good deal for the money
Good cart for the money. I added six more bolts and nuts to help stiffen the cart from side to side sway. It holds my new TIG welder perfectly. When I can buy the water cooler it will fit under the top shelf by raising the rear of the shelf by making an extension piece of sheet metal. Powder coating was done by an amateur but rubber mating on the shelves and cabinet floor hid all the flaws and helped deaden the tinny sound. By adding some washers on the rear axle helped the wheels from sliding side to side.
