Oggetto arrivato con un pacco aperto e rovinato, differentemente da altri acquisti effettuati presso di loro in cui i pacchi erano sempre ben fatti e sigillati.
L'assistenza clienti, previo accordo, dopo aver fotnito le prove dell unpacking, ha provveduto ad emettere un rimborso parziale notevole.
