Won't drill ONE HOLE! Just STOPPED!
When I started it up for the first time it smelled smokey and made a lot of noise. I figured it needed to brake in the brushes so I started drilling a hole. I got half way through and the drill ground to a stop. I tried restarting it and it just made a growling noise. I have requested a refund, hopefully that won't be a problem but we will see.

Broke within the first hour of use. Then had to battle with Vevor customer service for a refund and they gave me 50% of the purchase price back and kept the rest. Do not buy this.

Product arrived in what appeared to be good shape. The magnet adhered to the table with a lot of force. This is what we were looking for. Sadly when we turned on the drill it made a lot of noise and then smoke started coming out. We shut it down immediately. I have been in the return process for 2 weeks. Terrible response. Any other company I would have a replacement by now. I just need a new unit to replace the dysfunctional unit. All of the responses that I get from Vevor seam to be an AI response telling me that they have moved it up in priority and yet nothing happens.
