J’ai acheté une scie à ruban VEVOR BS-85 et j’en suis globalement très satisfait. La machine fonctionne bien et correspond à mes besoins.
J’ai malheureusement eu un problème avec le carter de protection de la lame. Suite à une mauvaise manipulation de ma part, j’avais trop tendu la lame, ce qui a provoqué son déplacement et a endommagé le carter.
J’ai contacté le service client VEVOR pour savoir s’il était possible d’acheter uniquement cette pièce détachée. Je précise que je ne demandais pas une prise en charge sous garantie puisque je savais que l’erreur venait de moi.
Malgré cela, VEVOR a décidé de m’envoyer gratuitement un nouveau carter de protection. Le SAV m’a indiqué que la pièce devait être expédiée depuis un autre entrepôt et que le délai serait d’environ 10 à 15 jours.
Je tiens donc à remercier VEVOR pour son sérieux, son écoute et surtout pour ce geste commercial. C’est appréciable de voir qu’un fabricant assure un suivi même lorsqu’un problème ne vient pas d’un défaut du produit.
Très bonne expérience avec le service client VEVOR. Je recommande. 👍
